2度と利用したくないホテルである。

1.コインランドリーが2台しかない、その内1台が故障、暗証番号方式の為、スタッフが放置洗濯衣類を回収出来ないこと！ 2.届いた大事な郵便物を名前が一致しない他の宿泊客に渡し、開封された後、私に渡したこと！個人情報が漏洩されてしまいました。 3.施設ではないが、最初の宿泊15泊で1泊8.000円から12.000円で20.000円未満なのに宿泊税が400円/泊で6.000円であったこと！

Excellent hôtel, bien situé, très accueillant

Hôtel hyper propre, très bien situé. équipements super. Restaurant en bas très accueillant, pas cher et bon. A proximité du château, du marché et à distance de marche de la gare

literie un peu dure mais comme partout au Japon

清潔、快適、経済的自分は観光目的ではありませんでしたが、近江町市場にも近いので、朝食を市場でというのもありかもしれません

特に無し。寒かったので大浴場に入りたかったですが、元々無いのを承知で宿泊してるので、ここは我慢

ゆっくりできたし便利でした。

近江町市場や兼六園、金沢駅など観光地へ徒歩３〜20分で行ける。コンビニも近く便利でした。設備はシンプルだったがツインのお部屋は広くて快適でした。エレベーター前のお部屋でしたが静かでゆっくりできました。

提携駐車場まで少し遠い。天候が悪かったので先に荷物を預けて停めに行けばよかったかなと思った。しかしこの立地で24時間1200円だったのでお得ではあった。バストイレのドアが擦りガラス？だったので結構透けて見える。照明のボリュームを落とせばあまり見えなくなる。１人や家族となら良いが誰かと泊まる場合、少し気になるかも。

The room was equipped with more facilities than I’d expected, though this might’ve already been described in the booking. Location was perfect - close to most attractions.

convenient location as it’s a 5 min bike ride to kanazawa castle. there’s a hidden jazz bar next to the hotel that’s worth checking out too :) hotel was clean and staff were super accomodating. they had fast wifi too! room size was perfect

Room was well equipped and had a comfortable bed. The hotel is well-located, near a convenience store, restaurants, public transport, and the castle grounds.

Breakfast options were very limited and overpriced.

the staff was helpful. It was also great to have a washer and dryer available. the room was okay. A little dated but clean. when we passed on the room clean they left a basket with fresh towels outside. shower pressure was great. we did not eat as we were always on the go early

no window view but might have missed that during booking. capert needs a cleaning.

Clean and cozy hotel in a central location in Kanazawa

Nice and clean hotel near plenty of shops, restaurants and a market in Kanazawa! About a 20-30 minute walk to Kanazawa station, however it is easy to take a bus a few stops to and from the station. Staff were great and the room was welcoming and cozy.

Can't think of anything, would recommend!
