Not the best

Door key. Don't work even after they superbly fixed it. Bath tube was full of water.

Disappointed, disgusted,

Room was disgusting, dirty bathroom, gross stained smelly shower curtain, bad water pressure, and who room smelled like mildew. The Window shades didn’t work, front desk people were not welcoming nice or warm. So all that, for a premium price per night? Not happy. I was coming back to hometown after 22 years, just for one night for a family funeral, Left feeling very disappointed, and grossed out.

Quality vs price. If the room was half what I paid, I could see being ok with it, but not for the that price. Dirty smelly rooms.

Nice room, competent and friendly staff.

The continental breakfast was substandard and on our last morning was unavailable. We were told the staff person who was responsible did not show up. No effort to offer an alternative was made. As this was included in the price of our stay, we were shocked no effort was made to offer a refund or credit.

Exceptional

The bathroom is so well lit, and the access is great. The rooms are fresh and clean, and the staff were attentive to our needs.

The breakfast was adequate. Everything is pre-cooked and processed. There is fresh fruit, which is a plus and the coffee was good. A warm cereal option would be nice.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was not clean - carpets were disgusting.

From check in to check out it was a horrible experience. The room and bathroom did not feel clean. Had to request to get our rooms cleaned daily.

Excellent hotel!

Everything! Overall it was perfect. The beds were comfy, the natural light was perfect and the shades pulled made it super dark. The mini fridge is hidden in a dresser, it was really nice. The breakfast was really good, my 10yo & 3yo were pleased!

The bathtub had pubic hair in it and on the shower curtain

the guy working Thursday night and the lady Saturdays morning were Excellent Coffee in room was nice bed was comfortable and nice amount of electric plugs . Like noon check out

Kept running out of breakfast. Sunday people, actually went behind curtain to get condiments went up front to tell them 😑 lady said someone is back there Guy came and filled plates and stuff

Disappointed it did not match up to description on website but a otherwise a decent stay.

Convenient location. near mall, restaurants and highway. Friendly, helpful staff.

The facilities listed included a market and bar inside the hotel - I was looking forward to winding down on an evening in the hotel without having to go elsewhere. There is a bar but it isn’t open. The market was very poorly stocked, with mostly empty shelves. The description on the website needs to be changed. Possibly short staffed. I had to ask for toilet paper, towels and trash bags. 5 hrs later housekeeping still had not been. When I told the Receptionist who came on later shift, he was very apologetic and brought the items. The restaurant was nice and complimentary breakfast was good with a reasonable variety so something for everyone. Surprised that paper plates and flimsy plastic forks etc were used - again maybe a staffing issue?

It’s 3 stars hotel not more

Location and to some extent the cleaning

But I was so disappointed about the breakfast , very very poor, the room has no water bottle , the supply of towels , the billowed are very poor qualit

jacuzzi had too much chlorine burning my eyes they also wouldn't let us extend our stay because we use booking.com I've never heard of that before so we had to make another reservation and pay another deposit
