Horrible experience

The place was not cleaned properly. there were hair everywhere including on tables, beds, floor. kitchen appliances are so dirty. fridge has mold on it. the parking supposed to be free but the building charged $40.

Exceptional

The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they let me check in early with no problem or extra fees. The area felt safe and it was very quiet.

Nice stay with my family.

Not the hotels fault but the construction in front of the hotel makes it hard to turn into the parking lot of the hotel. If you didn't turn on the right spot you had to go back on the interstate and try again because of the construction.

Our room wasn’t cleaned while we were gone on Saturday and they lied and said they didn’t clean it because bags were on the bed. I had 5 people with me that saw me move the bags to the floor before leaving for the day. They also didn’t give us a room with a walk in shower that I requested for my handicapped husband although I found out they do have them. Totally disappointing.

Friendly staff and a very nice breakfast. Room was very clean.

Back carpeted steps were dingy and dirty looking, rooms are small with a very small bathroom. Toilets are very low to the ground.

I like the BEST WESTERN.

the staff and the pool.

the location of my room. I told the staffer that I had knee issues. I asked could get a room close to an exit door and I was given a room close to an exit door. To find the exit door was not working. I could not get any support with that.

All & all I enjoyed my stay.

staff was really great.

The tub didn’t work, I had to let the shower rub for a soak. The temperature knob on the AC was broken.

There was some kind of mold problem. my allergies were horrendous and even though I was forced to make a 2 night minimum due to the ice storm I only stayed one night bc my allergies were so bad.

Comfortable and affordable but housekeeping needs to be better.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast every morning was a good assortment and the attendant kept everything stocked. Indoor pool was a bit chilly but still much warmer than outside. Room had a huge soaking tub that was a fantastic bonus.

Housekeeping stopped cleaning the room after the second day, even after placing the "make up room" placard on the door. I'll assume it was due to staffing issues or because of the holiday weekend. I enquired at the front desk and they gave me fresh towel but had no toiletries to offer. I ended up going to the store to buy toiletries and had to take out the garbage myself.
