My original room had no sheets on the bed or towels. It had not been cleaned.
The staff was had people in the office hanging out.

Nothing I literally had flies and gnats all in the room and I had to go purchase cleaning items to clean my own room and I left a day early I didn’t feel comfortable. It need to be renovated(front desk agent was nice)
The whole room ordeal.

There was evidence that they were having work / repair/ renovations being done. Bedding was reasonably comfortable for overnight.
The entrance to the accessible room was far from the parking lot. At an court yard. Not really accessible. Double folding closet doors for entrance to bathroom.
2.0
Pretty much, only the location. The TV was good size, the fridge and microwave functioned and were clean. I liked the backlit mirror and faucet. The bed was right comfortable and seemed clean. There were 3 pillows which were ample but prolly could have used a 4th if it were 2 people. The parking lot was well lit.
When I booked the room back in Nov/Dec it was $130 for the 2 nights. I got there and was charged $245. The pool was not open and still covered. I get up to the room and the handle would only function upwards and was extremely loose. I walk in and it was musty for the air conditioning hadn't been set to a reasonable temp for an incoming guest. My shoes stuck to the floor from the door to the bathroom; super sticky. I was afforded 3 towels and all but 1 had remains of some type of hair and fuzz still stuck to it. The bathmat had black stains on it. The drop ceiling had been spray painted and overspray was all over a decent looking tile job. The toilet paper holder had been halfass sprayed as well. The cheap laminate/vinyl flooring had gaps it in and was separating in certain locations; it also had paint on it. The room phone had no cord whatsoever; rendering it completely useless. There was trash left uncollected at numerous locations and the icemaker beeped for HOURS; i almost unplugged it myself. The bottom of my feet were black to the point, I had to wash my feet before putting on my socks and shoes. If I hadnt been soo tired, I seriously contemplated refusing to stay and requesting a refund to take my needs elsewhere; esp the almost doubling in price. I booked that room last year and they shouldnt be able to bait n switch. There was no evidence of housekeeping having been in my room alas there was also no "Do Not Disturb" sign to have requested being passed over.
2.5
the room was spacious and caress able to park right by the door
NO housekeeping in the entire 4 days of our stay so no clean towels etc Only 3 pillows had to beg one off elderly cleaner fittings in bathroom loose and looked like entire refurbishment was cheap and a bodgy job potholes in carpark restaurant looked so tired we didn’t even risk it. King bed with a fitted sheet that didn’t fit!!!

Management and staff. Very rude and disrespectful. As I tried to fix my car I would be approached by one of the 2 guys. He would make his comments toward me in a very unprofessional and unpleasant manner. Desman was the only nice one there.

It was just perfect for what we needed for the weekend, we even stayed an extra night than planned!
The bathtub didn't have a water stopper, so I had to improvise, but otherwise, great stay!

There was no breakfast, no pool and the floors in my room were filthy. I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up and it was disgusting.
A pool like advertised!!!!! A clean floor to walk on in my room.

Close proximity to Darlington Raceway
Room smelled of bug spray, even saw some cockroachs on day 2, no outlets in handicap bathroom or a place for your personal items. Bathroom door would not shut all the way. Water damage to wall behind entryway door(wall falling apart)

The rooms had not been swept or cleaned thoroughly.

The lady at the front desk is very pleasant to deal with. The room at this facility are seems newly remodeled. The entire facility is well lite at night. Overall it is fairly clean and the bed is comfortable if you are just staying for a couple of days.
Did see a couple of small roaches crawling in the room. But since I've lived in Florida, this is not an unusual sight for the region.
