Gives Clarion Inn & Suites a bad name.

Person at the desk was condescending Bed was uncomfortable Buffet breakfast became single bag Multiple dumpsters in parking lot TV didn’t work, and there was no attempt to fix issue

Disappointing

Hole in bathroom wall, fire alarm broken on wall. The hot breakfast promised when booked was a paper bag at check in desk with crackers, apple and water. The bed was comfortable though. The pool was under renovation so we could not use.

Horrible

The property had a decent bathroom

I didnt’t like the fact that i had to go two three rooms to find a room that does not smell lile smoke, the tv didn’t work while we were there at all, also, thetewere doors slammimg and kids running up and down the hallway yelling at 12:30 in the morning. Last but not least, the breakfast consisted of a brown paper bag with water, a coffee cake, and a nature valley bar.

HORRIBLE. Renovations made it a horrible stay

The location was fine and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The facility was in the middle of renovations and there was garbage piled to the ceiling (in the hallways). There were workers sitting in the back of the facility in the grass drinking beer and loitering for hours after dark. My mother, sister and I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe that we asked for another room at the front of the facility. It ended up costing us another $10 for the same exact room. The door to our room was wide open when we got to it. There was SO MUCH GARBAGE everywhere: in the hallways, by the cars in the parking lot, etc. I took pictures because I would like to dispute my stay and get reimbursed for a horrible stay. And the room itself was obviously in the middle of renovations as our beds were on stilts/wood that raised them up about 6 inches and we had to help our 82 year old mother in and out o her bed. That's ridiculous!!! Our room smelled dank and moldy, and we felt overall unsafe. We would've left immediately but it was 9pm and we were stopping for the night and couldn't spend more time to find another hotel. Plus on the website it was ranked very highly. I've never stayed at a Clarion before and because of this horrible stay, I will NEVER stay at one again.

Extreme disappointment. Should get money back for having to stay there

First set of keys didn't work. Room had been smoked in- probably by construction staff. then, there was nowhere to hang clothes- holes in the wall but no clothes rod . A mirror leaning against the wall. Breakfast Sucked. Was listed as "Full Breakfast" . When i showed up for breakfast it was a grab bag- a danish and some other crap I didn't even look at. A major reasonfor booking was "Full breakfast". Second room to which we were moved qas ok.

It was a place to lay my head

There was not a hot breakfast as advertised. Due to renovating they only offered a "Bag breakfast". Which was not disclosed prior to arrival. However I will say the agent that checked us in was great.

There were cigarette butts all over the property. People loitering in the parking lot. And the alley area where the first room was smelled foul. Items in the first room were broken. I didnt like that nothing about the hotel going through renovations was mentioned until I went to check in. The beds were so uncomfortable.

They advertised a hot breakfast. Only breakfast available was coffee and packaged danish in the lobby. Dining area was closed, lights off.

do not stay here. the price is cheap for a reason.

no hot water. fridge did not work. smelled like weed in the room. very loud by cars and trucks. also loud people outside the door. no breakfast either.

Booking.com was very disappointing and first time I used them

Breakfast was a brown bag with food items handed to each guest

No maid service stayed three days had to get supplies for room I am very upset with Booking.com they listed a rate a 41.00 a night which is the only reason I went there. I was charged 54.00 a night. I will never use booking.com again. The property would not honor the rate. I thought they were a reputable service. You can’t find a way to reach them either.👎🏼be very careful with them and check bill for correct rate.

Was a good value, needed a place to stay right off I-95, and this fit the bill.

Grab and go breakfast, hotel is currently under renovation. Staff very friendly and helpful.

don’t want To stay here again

ac worked. no Bugs

room was not ready to rent . no tv remote . no trash can. no hot water. when I checked in even though I had reservations took an hour. coffee pot in room broken. had to request to get house keeping or no cleaning

The property needs updates, housekeeping that acts works and keep the place clean. The staff omg they need training. By

I didn’t like anything about this property, First of all the pictures on the website it’s all fake.

The room smell, They also had to change me room 3 time because nothing was working. it literally took them all day and night just to finish me a room with some good condition. I’ve stand this the same Hotel because in Orlando Florida and it was amazing. But this one I’m Florence South Carolina I will never. Please people don’t stay.
