Not enough space for clothes and luggage

Great location and views … staff very helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately there is no seperate lounge area
Away from the bedroom that you can work on the laptop… I had no choice but to wake up my wife every morning…
Power was going out 2 to 3 times a day for the first 3 of 7 days in which it left us totally in the dark…

Situated in the middle of the old city of Chania, was the ideal location for all the places we wanted to visit.

Everything was sooo perfect. The staff was super helpful, the room was beautiful and exceptionally clean, the balcony and the view were amazing. We found the room to be dark and quiet, unlike other reviews so if this could be an issue for you, give it a chance anyway. The bed was big and comfy, the sheets were extra soft. We enjoyed our stay so much and were sad to leave. Our favorite hotel during our whole stay in Crete!

So cute! Loved the room.

A beautiful big room, in a gorgeous old building with an incredible view of Chania harbour. Superb bed and bathroom. Coffee making, fridge, glasses etc. Lovely balcony with chairs and table. Excellent access to all the central tavernas and shops.
The room is up some steep stairs and there is no lift, so maybe a problem for anyone with mobility issues. The decor of the room is interesting, and generally works, apart from a big mural of a girl, which is really naff, and out of place. Quite a walk from any parking.

We only stayed at Chania Inn for one night on the way home from Crete's west coast. Check in was straightforward and very efficient, the reception was located in another building a few doors down the road. Loved our room, very spacious, and the furnishings were an eclectic mix of old fashioned and industrial but worked well together. We had a beautiful view of the old town harbour and the Venetian port with the lighthouse. The room was extremely quiet despite being located above a busy restaurant and facing a bustling pedestrian area. The beds were very comfy and the Nespresso coffee machine provided a much needed bust of energy before our early morning flight. We would definitely come back and stay at the Chania Inn again.

it was located right in Chania harbour with a fabulous view of the lighthouse
noisy at night, but that is to be expected given the location

large nicely decorated room with a big comfortable bed and coffee machine. stunning view of the harbour from the balcony and very friendly staff in the restaurant below.
of course it’s a bit noisy after midnight due to all the restaurants but the windows and balcony doors are soundproof so when they are shut all you can hear is the air conditioning!

Great location on the water with great views.. The rooms are extremely clean very updated and large. The pictures dont show the true value of this hotel. It is in the middle of shopping, sight seeing, and restuarants.
Its in a area where vehicles can not go so there is a short walk from the nearest drop off point. Its well worth the great location of the room.

LOCATION AND VIEW

We loved the view, apartment had everything you needed. Centrally located, very romantic and weather was perfect for sleeping with windows opened.
no complaints , we thought it was better than the other property we stayed at. I imagine it’s loud during busy season, but during off season it was perfect to listen to the waves all night.

The location was amazing and cleanliness and hospitality was excellent. Would definitely book here again.
The room was cleaned every day and even pillow cases were refreshed and towels.
We didn’t have any complaints

Great views, clean, the shower was amazing, the property in general was perfect
It’s hard to say, everything was great. Maybe the fact of having only stairs and no lift, but I guess they can’t because it’s probably a protected building and it was not a problem for us but it could be for others.
There is no “Do not disturb/Do not clean” sign

The location is superb. The room and view with a balcony was so romantic and beyond what I expected. The room itself is clean and well done. Absolutely no complaints. Caveat for some people, the nearby streets are closed to cars, so you have to carry your luggage quite a ways to the hotel. But that’s for any hotel in this picturesque area and, in my opinion, 100% worth the inconvenience.

The view is priceless. We basically spent our first night on the balcony drinking wine and watching the sun go down. A modern but rustic room. Great design. Luxury at a reasonable rate
