The property was amazing. Owners supplied lots of water toys (snorkel gear, water floats, kayaks) Location was close to town. February Point is a beautiful safe area with friendly staff. House was clean and everything we could have needed. Saw turtles and nurse shark from dock. Just gorgeous place.

Loved the house, ideal to have the beach club a 1 minute walk, for the pool and the restaurant with great kid’s menu. I do suggest you rent a car for grocery shopping or visiting the island. The house was wonderful and very well equipped!

Beautiful home, excellent, centrally located location and very comfortable. Loved the amazing water views! We enjoyed the kayaks, fishing and snorkeling off the dock and using the pool at the Clubhouse which was a short walk away. The restaurant was very good for lunch and dinner. The fitness room was a bit beat up and needs some improvement but we spent most of our time on the water anyway. The host was easy to communicate with as was the property manager. Rented a boat for two days and had it delivered it and kept it at the marina which was super convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

This house is absolutely wonderful. The location is ideal and is in a gated community. The pool area is a 1 minute walk. This is a must stay! Highly recommend renting a boat!

The house was so beautiful and clean with everything you needed. Loved having the dock to pull the boat right up to the house and to sit on in the evenings. The location was just 3 minutes to town by boat or car and the views of the water from the house and beautiful outdoor spaces is the prettiest on the island!

My husband and two teenage boys stayed there and it was truly an incredible experience. The house is beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. The owner was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed and was very great in communicating. I also loved that the house was in a great location close to grocery stores and restaurants. The home was very clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We had a chef cook for us 2 nights and he commented the same. The bedrooms were a perfect retreat at night and the mattress/bed linens extremely nice. Great stay, we will definitely be back.

Our family, myself, husband and 2 teens plus their friend all 18 + had the best time here at Villa H. From the booking to check out, it was smooth sailing. Michael is more than accommodating. February Point is a beautiful, clean, safe and quiet neighborhood conveniently located on Stocking Bay. Villa H is clean, beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you could possibly need. Having the boat slip was a huge perk. We could not have asked for more and plan to go back!!! Thank you Michael!!!

This house was the perfect place for our trip!! It was located in the middle of everything and was so convenient. Having a marina and boat slip meant we got to rent a boat for week for all of our exploring. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. This was by far our best vacation we’ve ever taken. We have stayed all over Exuma over the years. This property was in the perfect location. You are basically right in the middle of the island . The house was spotless and had everything you could ever need. The beds were really comfortable and the large ceilings fans really kept the upstairs cool. We will definitely stay here again if we don’t buy our own property.

I loved waking up and having my morning coffee on the dock and it was so convenient that the rusty anchor and main pool were just a 2 minute walk from the house. Everything about this house and location was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of room to spread out in open living/dining room, bedrooms were good size, dock was great for sunsets and snorkeling. Location is only 5 minutes from town, easy to run to the store or grab dinner to go from Georgetown eateries. House manager was helpful and communication was easy with quick responses. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this property was as described, and we found all of the 5 star reviews to be accurate. February Point is also a great location on the island. The home is beautiful, comfortable, extremely clean and well stocked with all the things you need for a great vacation. The location was perfect for our active family, and we enjoyed renting a boat and keeping it at the dock and neighboring marina. Definitely consider renting a boat for at least part of your stay, as we found exploring Exuma by water to be amazing. You can even boat to the grocery store! The owner was responsive and helpful, and we felt like everything about the rental experience was exceptional. We hope to return!

this house is beautiful, clean, well stocked with all necessary implements and appliances...and the location is perfect for our active family who loves to be outside and on the water as much as possible. Several outdoor spaces for gathering, kayak, paddleboard, dock right there. Mango tree and Coconut tree which made for some delicious refreshments! We would definitely rent this again!

We had an amazing experience staying at this villa! We went for spring break as a family. The house was exactly as the pictures showed, with unbelievable views including a back dock where my husband and I would have coffee every morning and watch the sunset every evening. The house was perfect for our family of 5, with fully stocked kitchen and comfortable lounge areas inside and out. Within February Point and situated a few strides from the beach club, our kids could easily get to the pool and the slip in the marina was so convenient. Definitely rent a boat! Per Michael's (the owner) recommendations, we rented a boat for 3 days and it was so fun to have the freedom to be on our own schedule and pop around to the different islands, while anchoring at beaches along the way. We walked into George Town (15 min walk) one day to get groceries- so easy! The aqua water is REAL - it is just breathtaking! Michael the owner is very responsive as is Cynthia who manages the house! Highly recommend!! Thank you!

This was our second time staying at this property. Our first experience in 2019 was so great, it was without question that we would book again. The villa is beautifully & tastefully decorated and well appointed. The recent renovations to the master bedroom and en suite bath made our evening slumbers spa-like and was a wonderful addition to our experience. The home is meticulously maintained and Cynthia the property manager is always accessible. We absolutely love this villa, the community its in and the island in general. Five stars once again. Had another amazing stay at Villa H. We are return customers and appreciate the continued maintenance and up keep of the property. Rental properties in general take a beating and that is magnified in environments like the Bahamas but Michael has done a great job staying on top of things both inside and out. The landscaping is impeccable and the recent renovations to the interior look beautiful. This rental property stands out among the best we have rented in the Bahamas. One item of note, I would be very cautious about who you rent a boat from in Exuma. I had a terrible experience with one local operator who does not run out of Georgetown. This is my personal experience but is backed by similar postings on online. Do your due diligence before running into a shake down that would adversely affect your vacation as it did mine.

Villa H is exactly as described! It is beautifully decorated and very well stocked with basic necessities. The kitchen had everything you will need to prepare a gourmet meal. The location is perfect for visiting George Town and Little Exuma. It is also located about 5 minutes from Chat N Chill by boat. The owner of the house is always accessible for any questions. This property is perfect for a large family or two smaller families. You won’t regret staying at this house or at February Point!
