Not as nice as other Fairfield’s that I have stayed at.

Close to shops, restaurants, etc

Dryer was out of order. Lint trap was way overloaded. Didn’t look like anyone ever cleaned it out. Not enough washers and dryers. Maintenance person was no help at all when All other staff were very helpful and accommodating

It made my vacation extra relaxing.

The Atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable, and the photos that were viewed online lived up to the expectations. All of the staffs were very helpful and friendly.

I don't think I had anything not to like.

it was disappointing

The only thing I liked was that is was in an assessable area. And we were able to get in and out with no trouble and it was a pretty clean hotel. But the price I paid was just too much for what was delivered.

The price sky rocketed from the original price. I booked the hotel because online it was a reasonable price and it said nothing about being charged extra for parking it also stated no hidden tax fee. At the end all these fees were added and we had to paid for parking! and there was no parking! because the parking lot was too small for the amount of guest they have! had we known this upfront we would not have booked here!

O hotel me surpreendeu. Muito melhor que nas fotos e nas avaliações que li. Muito limpo, bem mantido, cheiroso, com tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Super perto da Las Olas a pé. Funcionarios super cordiais. Achei algumas avaliações injustas . O café da manhã é bem objetivo, com opções de pães e bolos com e sem glúten,cereais, leites vegetais, sementes, maquina de waffle, muito melhor que na minha casa. :-) Obrigada por tudo! Ficaria novamente nele

1- Não há cofre no quarto 2- O chuveiro é bem fraco, o que faz você demorar mais no banho se precisar lavar o cabelo

A pleasant and relaxing stay.

We arrived early from a cruise. The lobby was a good hangout place until we could check in. There was a room for our luggage while we waited and the lobby had an area where we could play cards. Nobody had an issue with us waiting there and our room was available a couple of hours earlier than expected.

Liked it all.

Frustrating ! Poorly run !

It was clean ..

Front desk staff was incompetent. When checking in, we asked about the refrigerator in the room and if it worked . They said yes . We bought a cheesecake for my son’s birthday and some other assorted birthday eats . We placed it in the refrigerator . The refrigerator did not work .. We complained a total of 3 times that stay . We were promised it would be taken care of .. No one ever took care of it and we lost the items in the refrigerator. I complained to the manager after the stay and the manager never responded ! We lost $75 worth of party food ! I would like a refund!

Funcionárias no check in não foram nada receptivas. Foram super intransigentes na nossa tentativa de late check out. Disseram que o hotel estava sold out no dia seguinte porém havia quartos disponíveis no booking. No dia seguinte, mais tentativas. Com muito custo, depois de muita conversa e muito tempo perdido, nos permitiram ficar ao custo de 65 dólares por duas horas extras. Não tinham abridor de garrafa no hotel. Não tinha touca no banheiro.

Breakfast was fine although not as much variety as I experienced in same chain in Canada. I thought the staff was good but one person was exceptional and unfortunately I do not have her name. She was extremely personable and helpful with a cheery smile. I noticed she was same with all guests. I wish I had her name to commend her. The location was also very good. We got a taxi to an excellent restaurant for dinner. All very good and I would stay again if the occasion came up. My only problem was I could not get reservations for another day at the end of our cruise. We had to stay at Best Western which is no comparison.

A little better price, unfortunately the CAD dollar was not great during our stay. But that is not something anyone can control. Two nights in Florida (Friday at Fairfield and a Saturday at Best Western) cost us over 700$ CAD!

It was a perfect stay for my 3 sons and myself.

We never had the breakfast as there were lots of eating options in the neighborhood.

Nicely maintained facility in ideal location with great breakfast, clean and well appointed room, plus excellent front desk staff. Reasonably priced.

Next to a busy street and intersection resulting in traffic noise all through the night. Pillows were marginal.

Loved this place, front desk Outstanding.

Bed was super comfy. The front desk was outstanding. Andrena/Jamaica was wonderful. I would definitely come back and hopefully she is still there. She is spot on and informative. You name it, she was helping you. 5 star service.

Breakfast was mediocre. Egg's were very good but not much else. Sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, bread. No waffle iron. Big hotel, small breakfast.

Gran ubicación cerca de todo, staff muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar

La ubicacion excelente cerca del boulevard las Olas y del riverwalk, el check in fue rápido y sencillo. Las personas en la recepción muy amables y cordiales, buen desayuno, lindas vistas desde el hotel, el cuarto bastante amplio y cómodo, pudimos hacer check in early lo que fue una maravilla ya que llegamos del vuelo en la mañana y estábamos muy muy cansadas
