Расположение хорошее, завтраки для европейских отелей тоже хорошие. персонал отличный.

смена белья вроде по запросу, меняли только полотенца. комнаты надо бы обновить, особенно шкафы, что деревянное оч запах неприятный. И бассейн соединён с кафе и в конце дня там и народу много и не чисто (((

Lleguemos temprano y la habitación no la tenían que dar hasta las 12 pero teniendo en cuenta el día de lluvia creo que podrían tener más compasión y por otro lado el aire acondicionado a toda castaña mucho frío

WiFi not working

Did not stay at the property.

I did not get to stay here because the WiFi was not working, I chose to rebook at a different property and had to chase a cancellation and refund through booking.com. The property alone would not transfer me to a similarly priced hotel within the same chain nor cancel the booking. The three staff members on duty were very rude and I recommend not to stay here.

*HTOP Royal Sun Suites* Good value and well run all-inclusive Hotel

Please note the Summer Sun is CLOSED and we were transferred to to Royal Sun Suites across the road - this review is for the RSS! Great staff, always a friendly smile and very helpful. Food - The All-inclusive is all buffet and good value. Breakfast is standard, the choice is the same each day. Lunchtime you get a good variety, including veggie options. The dinner menu is great, the dishes change each night and lots of fish choices, curry, pasta, etc The hotel is located just up the street from the beach, a nice 5 minute stroll. The rooms are clean and large - ours had a separate living room with a fridge freezer and a balcony to fit 4-6 people easily. You can use the all-inclusive facilities of the other 4* HTOPS, the ‘Royal Sun’ is the nearest of these (200meters away) and directly on the beach

There is a ‘disco’ across the road from the hotel, which blasts music out from 9 til midnight every single night. I don’t have sensitive hearing but the music is really loud and there’s no chance of sleeping if your balcony overlooks the courtyard facing it. Absolutely not the hotels fault but I heard a few others commenting on how bad/loud it was. Luckily the musical experience ends at midnight and the area is quiet afterwards but if your an early bird invest in some earplugs beforehand! One final note - the beach itself is separated from the main strip by train tracks. To get over to it you need to use one of the pedestrian subways (with steps unless you brave the road) - this might be something to consider if less mobile. My stepdad paid €8 for a minibus taxi back from the beach

Very good

My room, the personal and the breakfast was also amazing,I can recommend it for short term. The beach is also only 2-5min by walk.

My room was in front of the lifts at the second floor, that is why I heard everyone on the hall. I had to ask for a hair dryer at the reception,as it was not inkl.to the bedroom.

Staff were great food very cheap and basic. Rooms superb also was, transfered to the, H Top Royal Sun and not informed so arrived at H Top Summer, Sun as I was booked it was closed very stressed!!

Very small restaurant, all guests do not fit in the restaurant and it was necessary to wait turn for to dinner. Despite the description there are no double bads in hotel.
