potrei dire nulla ,ma c’è sempre da migliorare solo un appunto sulla colazione ,omelette da migliorare e la mancanza 1 o 2 brioche dolci .Capisco l’affluenza di popoli che arrivano dal nord-est dell’Europa che preferisco una colazione salata ,comunque tirando una conclusione bravi e grazie

Excellent hotel with friendly staff 👌

The whole facility was very clean and maintained well. Staff were excellent and friendly. Located close to the airport for a quick transfer.

Great location but overpriced

Location, room housekeeping and good WIFI

-staff not very friendly and welcoming -not clear rules for HB and no visible drinks price during the dinner - pool is small for the hotel size and with sea salt water -no visible entertainment team. -food not salted -water restriction in the restaurant - filling up the bottles forbidden!! -smart TV in the room without internet connection option - air-conditioning in the room very poor

Very good and convenient place for family!

Excellent location, very easy to park for free a car if you rent one and close to the airport and in the middle of the island (more or less). Room was spacious and clean with nice balcony with sea view. Breakfast and dinner are okay with plenty of choices although the Tex Mex buffet was really great. Pool and jacuzzi is just the right size and we never had issues with noises even if we were just above it.

Nice hotel but wifi is not working at all

The hotel is clean and spacious, good layout and very peaceful at night which is good to wind down. It is exactly shown in the picture and suitable for family stay. The hotel entertainment is very good and engaging.

The internet connection was very poor throughout the 7 days stay. It is strong at the reception area but unable to connect by the pool or in the room. Answer from the reception was it depends on timing of the use but i tried every hour till late at night and it still don't work on our 3 devices. If the site advertised including wifi, it should work in every area within the Hotel. Certain days the receptionist said they are waiting the provider to fix but certain days they says no fixes required as it's working. Safe is charged daily if needed to use, which is ridiculous. Also double room has no double bed but a combined 2 single beds, though it is pretty comfortable.

My 5 night all inclusive family holiday.

The rooms were a good size. Great facilities in room. Big beds with sofa bed option. TV channels were ok. Pool area was nice. Sports facilities were good. Location just right for us. The staff were excellent very helpful. Salad bar selection in restaurant was very good. All inclusive alcohol drinks selections were good. In general all inclusive food choices were good ready available.

Breakfast options. Some days the scrambled eggs and beans were not nice. Plus sausages changed each day with bacon too hard difficult to eat at times. Being charged for tennis rackets despite us being all inclusive. No need for little things like this to be charged.

Definitely would come back again.

Very clean, newly renovated hotel, with super professional and nice staff - always helpful. Always enough sun beds by the swimming pool. Great choice of food and drinks within the All inc. package - different meals on different days - not repetitive. Great locality by the beach with playground - for families with small kids.

Everything was great! Maybe the fact that jacuzzi is only >16yrs disables parents from using this option. It would be nice to have hours for parents+kids vs. older clients.

Our stay was over the Christmas period: The dinner on Christmas Day was really lovely: would definitely stay here again

Location, delicious food, very friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness, comfortable beds, no shortage at poolside of deckchairs.

No complaints, but am curious as to why we had to pay €10 deposit along with the usual hire of €16 on the security safe in our room.(€26) in total. we were advised deposit of €10 is refunded, obviously we didn’t bother looking for the refund…

Lovely property let down by the food.

Very clean. Fairly new property I would think. Good sized rooms and bathrooms. Safe in room. Good heated pool and jacuzzi. Easy access to the beach. All staff were very helpful.

The food. Ample quantity but poor quality. some food not cooked properly. Dishes left to go cold under lights. But excellent Cold selection, salads meats etc. Watered down soup, watered down juices. Despite being on Half Board, after the first three days, we chose to go out to eat. The property made be 4* but the food is not. The property is at the northern end of Puerto del Carmen, a good 20-40 minute walk to the centre and a 55 min walk to the Old Town.

We will be back

Amazing hotel, we went all inclusive and food was absolutely amazing. Every evening there was a different menu. We have 11 year old twins and 5 year old. Entertainment for kids not amazing but it definitely made up for it with everything else. Only €5 for family of 5 to get to peurto del Carmen in taxi or we walked a lot of the time. Beautiful pools, heated jacuzzi and gym open at 8am. Beach across the road, we could see it from our room. We will definitely be back.

Nice holiday with room for improvement

Nice big room, great location 2 minutes away from the beach and 10 from Puerto del Carmen, perfect pool area with sunbeds. We were able to enjoy our holiday until the very last minute. 15 minute drive from the airport.

Staff seemed to forget things, for example explaining pool towels rental, shampoo and soap refills, sometimes the room coffee cups were washed by the house keepers, sometimes they weren't. Breakfast could be improved, there were basically no sweet options compared to all the cheese and cold cuts available. Also, sometimes there was no indication of what was on the buffet, making me refrain from tasting something. Little things, but not expected in a 4 star hotel.

Not much, just very average

Food was bad for a 4 star hotel. Poll wasn't heated when they say it is in winter. Sauna was closed with zero instructions for guests on how to use it. Gym was barely equipped.
