Good hotel, excellent location

Nice room, friendly staff, good location. Comfy bed, showers and bath are a nice touch and very well designed

Pool area was too small to accommodate guests. Very few sunbeds. Gym equipment is lacking (weights are beginner set), treadmills need to be serviced. The hotel is very expensive to dine-in in comparison to surrounding bars

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, in one of the nicest places in Spain.

this hotel is fabulous! Excellent location with easy walking distance of all the attractions. Fantastic staff, from reception to restaurant, housekeeping, bar staff absolutely faultless! Nothing was too much trouble for anyone and our stay was for our wedding anniversary and was truly a memorable one. Our room was a junior suite and was superb with excellent facilities and views! Cordoba is a beautiful place and well worth a visit and we cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Excelente localização, atendimento impecável, hotel confortável e qualidade, ótimo café da manhã!

Gostei da atenção na recepção, que foi ótima. Das comodidades do hotel, nos acolheu como precisávamos depois de largas 6 horas de viagem. O espaço da piscina e do bar eram agradáveis e os valores do bar ok.

Do horário de fechamento da piscina, como estava calor, gostaria de ter tido a oportunidade de tomar um pouco mais de sol, mas a piscina fecha às 08 p.m.

Schöner Kurztrip in Cordoba

Die Lage des Hotels war super, direkt am Tor des jüdischen Viertels bzw. der Altstadt. Man konnte das Hotel gut erreichen und Parkmöglichkeiten gab es direkt in der Hoteltiefgarage. Zimmer waren schön groß und modern.

Die Schallisolierung der Fenster lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig . Man konnte die ganze Nacht den Verkehrslärm hören,als wäre das Fenster offen

Très bon séjour.

L emplacement par rapport au centre historique. Tout se fait à pied facilement ( nous ne sommes pas des grands marcheurs!) Le roof top est bien aménagé mais le service au bar n était pas top voir inexistant en tous cas pour la période à laquelle nous y etions: il fallait utiliser le téléphone pour commander. Il est nécessaire de réserver le parking si on vient en voiture car le stationnement dans le quartier est impossible. Parking facile d accès. La carte du restaurant est correcte surtout quand on veut éviter les tabernas pour touristes du centre historique.

La disposition de la salle de bain qui est tout de suite à l entrée de la chambre : on traverse la salle de bain pour accéder à la chambre. Une porte coulissante est prévue pour l intimité. Le matelas qui grinçant. Je confirme un commentaire vu précédemment.

Nice and convenient hotel. Would stay again

Very convient and close to the main tourist attractions - all within walking distance. Modern design and beautiful views from the room.

Overall feel of the room felt cold/stark. Some color would help it feel more welcoming and warm. Roof top pool was wonderful but views of historic Cordoba were blocked - should have been better designed. Not sure if this is fully 5 stars.

Top locatie!

Prima locatie ten opzichte van het historisch centrum. Vriendelijk personeel. Kamers zeer compleet ingericht.

De bedden waren voor ons wat te zacht. Er was aardig wat lawaai van het verkeer.

Great location with parking (for extra) but be aware of noisy street at night if facing the road.

Great location. Nice size and clean room. Well equipped. Water in lobby is nice. Car park on site which is very helpful.

Why only water bottle in room for the first night only???? Such a false economy and ridiculous for guests who paying quite a lot for rooms there and staying for more than one night. Should be a free bottle of water in room every day of stay. Such a small token and cost for hotel..Also room facing road which was noisy so was difficult to sleep at night too.

La ubicacion y las zonas comunes

La disposición de la habitacion con el baño separado de los lavabos y el bater aparte. Me pareció súper incómodo para viajar con la familia porque si alguien se ducha se le ve. Y en la entrada están los lavabos...prefiero un baño tradicional con su puerta de todo la vida

La ubicación, grande y espacioso.

Olor muy fuerte a cloaca, aunque nos quejamos, no nos ofrecieron alternativa.

Para ser un 5××××× nos ha decepcionado, no volveríamos, hay muchos de 4 estrellas mejores.

El desayuno muy bien.

La parte del baño, lo veo absurdo que haya dos duchas enfrentadas y la zona con ninguna intimidad.

Great stay but, surprised to find dirty windows in a 5 star hotel.

Great location, amazing room, loved the bathroom and all the facilities in the hotel

The windows were not clean even though there was a walkway outside to access them for cleaning.

Great Hotel for a city trip

Nice designed hotel, professional staff, only a short walk to the Old Town

Some furniture a bit worn out. Too few sunbeds on the rooftop. I would recommend opening the VIP Area for all guests. Nobody is willing to pay extra but actually has no benefit (sunbeds are farthest away from the pool, no special services).

Wonderful hotel! Very attentive staff. Great breakfast.

The staff were lovely. We chose this hotel to celebrate my 50th and they surprised me with a bottle of cava! They were excellent. Breakfast was fabulous and a huge variety on offer. I loved the lemon water in the entrance especially because it was really hot outside. We used the swimming pool and really enjoyed it. Beds were comfortable and we liked the view from our window. I would definitely go back next time we are in Cordoba. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Stuff members need training and prices correlated to match.

The use and access to the pool especially after hot day of touring around.

Mis communication from stuff, need a better training and updating. When I asked a male receptionist a night before for the prices of breakfast I was told it was “diez euros y mitad por las niñas” when I went to the restaurant for breakfast the following morning I was told it was €20 per adult and €9 per child. As I was leaving the room on my last day noticed the sign with prices on it which included the price for breakfast which was €16. All staff could say was “sorry”. I am really sorry. This would not be acceptable in a 5* hotel in the UK. This was a let a down and disappointment of my stay, which dropped the star rating I would have given as the facilities and the location including the views were amazing. Also, I thought the hotel would have had a better insulation to protect from the outside noise. The car park charges are pretty high. Considering that you can park just outside free of charge, yes it’s a gamble if the space is available, but there are also surrounding streets you can park on as long as it doesn’t have a blue line.

location good. offered free parking which was an advantage. Great breakfast!

Facilities in the room very uncomfortable. Cleaner has left a bag of trash on the top of main table (hope accidentally). Never renewed water bottle, sugar nor coffee bags. From a 5 star hotel we expected something more.

Great area, bad lighting situation

The front desk staff was pleasant and the location of hotel perfect for all the areas you want to explore.

The lighting in this hotel is terrible. We could not get the lights to stay on when using the sink area, movement required after too short of time. During the night if you get up the lights turn on automatically for the room, waking other guest. I'm sure this could be fixed and make the stay less annoying.
