Buen alojamiento, mala habitación

El jardín y la piscina. El condo muy amplio.

Nos ubicaron en Palmar del Sol, la parte más cercana a la 5a avenida. Nosotros elegimos Riviera Maya Suites por estar algo más apartado de la 5a avenida, sabiendo el ruido que conlleva. La segunda habitación del condo que nos dieron daba directamente a la 5a avenida, donde hay mucho ruido, además tiene una ventana sin persiana o cortinas por la que entra mucha luz, y las luces del pasillo al que da están encencidas toda la noche. Es una habitación muy mala para el descanso.

Leuk hotel voor een nacht aan het strand

Het hotel ligt dichtbij het strand. Heeft een mooie binnentuin met faciliteiten.

De badkamer is verouderd en had veel schimmel op de wanden. De slaapkamer was niets bijzonders.

Top emplacement et spacieux

Grands appartements, grande piscine, ménage fait tous les jours, nous avons prolongé le séjour sur place. Personnel sympa. Proche de la 5th avenue mais sans trop de bruit. Étant à 4 nous avons préféré prendre un grand appartement. Possibilité de prendre un parasol a la réception. Grande cuisine avec reservoir eau potable dans la chambre. Proche de plusieurs supermarché et d'une boulangerie française pour notre petit déjeuner.

Emplacement au top, malgré les bars aux alentours, c'était assez calme. Proche de tout Piscine qui fait plaisir quand il fait très chaud Bungalow très bien équipé

Buena estancia en Playa del Carmen

Alojamiento al lado de la quinta avenida pero muy tranquilo. Cuenta con parking cerrado. Pudimos hacer el check in muy pronto!

Parfait, je recommande à 100%

Emplacement idéal, appartements propres et spacieux, piscine propre et bien chaude, jardin très bien entretenu. Appartement très bien équipé! Séjour parfait. Je recommande vivement. Nous y reviendrons la semaine prochaine avec grand plaisir!

Rien. Juste savoir que la zone est animée donc les musiciens jouent le soir dans le quartier jusqu’à minuit.

The property is gorgeous- very forested and it feels like a sanctuary tucked away from the busy 5th avenue

I stayed in a thatched roof bungalow my first night, and I could hear the booming music from the busier streets which I found annoying and loud. But the staff were vey nice and moved me to a different t unit that had a cement roof and it was totally quiet. Also, with the thatched roof bungalow, I was awakened in the night by an animal scratching on the roof right above my head. It freaked me out and again, the staff very kindly moved me to a solid roof unit for the rest of my stay.

La ubicación es el mayor atractivo de este hotel. El aseo diario y bien hecho.

Lo más grave de mi estancia es que las camas son terribles. Muy duras muy malas, suenan como si golpeara una madera y lo peor es que nos dijeron que nos dieron caña Kong y resulta que eran dos camas simples pegadas, con la separación al medio que no permitía ni girarse. Esto es lo peor del hotel. Manuel el recepcionista, un poco extraño y no tan amable Si bien es cierto nos dio a escoger entre dos habitaciones nunca nos dio más detalle del hotel. No nos dio el control del estacionamiento. Y el día anterior al check out debió hacer l devolución del bloqueo de check in y no lo quiso hacer, según lo podrían hacer en la mañana siguiente a las 7 am que era la hora adecuada de mi salida para llegar al aeropuerto a buena hora. Resulta que en la mañana esperé hasta las 7:15 am y no llegaba ningún recepcionista. Es un hotel pequeño. No hay casi nadie que pueda atenderte.

Rooftop is under construction. When booking there were pictures as if it was good for use. It’s not! Have to leave a deposit if you want to use the safe box.

Everything. Our bungalow was fantastic, fresh, secure and private.Plenty of sockets. Large drum of fresh mineral water provided in room. Great front of house staff and cleaners. Cool foyer cats too. Bonus of wildlife within the grounds.

Enjoyable stay

Great location easy walk to La Quinta Avenida and beach. The hotel grounds are very well maintained. Our room was clean and very quiet, and we had a wonderful garden view. The staff was always on-site, accommodating, and willing to assist guests. I would stay there again.

Wish there were more lounge chairs by the pool.

Superb

The location was perfect. Close to downtown but far enough not to be disturbed by the noise. The bungalows were lovely with hammocks and a very nice kitchen. The pool was also lovely!

The shower was not great: the water pressure was low and the temperature was sometimes warm instead of hot. The beds were a bit small.

The apartment is very well located and well equipped with all you need to make your own food. It's really big.

They charged me around 20% of commission that wasn't described by booking. I'll probably soon booking.com for that because the property said they couldn't do anything about it. The beaches around are not clean as you see on the pictures. You need to go to cozumel or cenotes to get clean water

This is a perfect place to stay.

The location was perfect - around the corner from Avenida 5, a short walk to the beach and incredibly quiet at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and my kids loved Jimmy the cat! The bungalow was very clean and comfortable, and so was the pool and the entire property.

There is nothing we didn’t like!

Fantastic staff, excellent location

Everything from check-in to check-out was a welcome experience. The complete staff are to be complimented for their friendliness, professionalism, and quick responses and actions when needed. The location was more than we expected. Staying in a Garden Penthouse Suite was quiet and comfortable. The noise from the very busy 5th Ave was never a problem. The air conditioning was excellent.

The appliances (except the refrigerator) and furniture are becoming a bit tired. In particular the terrace furniture is in need of complete replacement and is not adequate for four or more guests. The three wooden chairs were hardly safe to use.

It was a nightmarish at best.

The property itself was lovely in appearance. We did leave infested with bedbugs and covered in bites. It took weeks to rid them from our luggage and clothes. We did see the bed bug exterminator arrive on our east day.

We didn’t sleep a wink during our 3 night stay. The neighboring palapa partied outside all night and security refused to quiet them. The roofs are made of grass, so you will hear everything. The staff during the day was SO kind. They assured us each day that they’d set the neighbors straight. Every night, it was the same. The night shift did nothing to remedy the situation. Management promised a partial credit that never came.

Location and free parking space are the big advantages.

Very big apartment with big balcony on to the 5th ave. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location, close to 5th ave and 15 min walking from bus station.

Riviera Maya Suites exceeded our expectations in almost every way. The property is in a perfect location and manages to be centrally located and within easy walking to everything, yet still secluded and private. The grounds are filled with amazing plants and trees and plenty of birds. The beach is a short block and a half away, and the main pedestrian thoroughfare is a half block away. The staff is helpful, committed, and generous with their time and recommendations. The secure on-site parking is a bonus.

We had no problems, no issues of any kind, and no complaints.
