Las instalaciones, la limpieza, el desayuno, el spa, en verdad TODO.

The rooms are very nice

The breakfast at the property was cold both morning and very little selection plates stone cold as was the breakfast the coffee machines although there were plenty didn’t serve you what you ordered . A very disappointing experience

Good overall

Location, facilities, food were excellent.

They state both on website and on folder in the room that check-out is no later than 12 at noon but when we came at the room at 11.40 am to pick-up our things and leave - our key was not working and clearly was deactivated…we had to go down to reception and ask for someone to let us in the room in order to be able to pick our belongings.

Very good trip

Very good hotel - view, location and services. Quiet. Not excellent quality, but good enough breakfast. Safe parking for 20 lev/night. For outside parking, check for blue zone on the transport municipality website. I'll definitely come again.

Нагло отношение от страна на рецепционистката, качихме си багажа сами, чакахме 45 минути да ни настанят, направихме си резервация през букинг, на рецепция , защото ми казаха , че няма свободни стаи с двойни легла, а в букинг имаше, персонала под всякаква критика, сле позвъняване от стаята, пиколото се появи видимо току що събудил се от дълбок сън, целият подут и груб, просто безобразие…..

Perfectly suited for a weekend break in Burgas

Our stay was amazing! The location of the hotel is great, the rooms were clean and well-equipped. Great place for your stay!

Two things actually bothered us - the staff was rude.. - for the parking you have to pay an additional 20 leva! Which is absurd..

Nice stay

The hotel is at a top location, it was very clean, the single room was just a double, so it was quite big for me and I had a great sea view. The staff I interacted with was very nice and friendly and had a great approach to presenting me with the room - I was given the best room, with the best sea view. :)

The breakfast was lacking a bit, I can't quite pin it but it was not the best. They were in a hurry to take it away when the time was over and food waiste is a big problem. I can't stand to watch food being trown out when it was still in the serving plates. It is just sad. Also I was very disappointed by the fact that the parking needs to be paid extra. Prices of the hotel are very high for Bulgarian standards and the least they could offer is free parking to guests.

I have enjoyed by my short trip with nice location an pleasant staff.

Was greeting at the airport by hotel driver. Location is very comfortable with access to port, nice restaurant. Breakfast nice with variety of food.

Very good

excellent hotel, located in the perfect position in town of Burgas, everything is a walking distance. Water in the shower was excellently soft, pleasure to bath. for the price it's definitely good stay.

you might get tired of the breakfast during the longer stays, it doesn't change much if at all.

Really great hotel, great facilities (pool, restaurant, bars, bedroom) and location

The staff (reception and spa especially!) was not very welcoming and had a bit of an attitude except Staff in the lobby bar was lovely

Central Burgas with spa and good food

Very well located with a nice environment hotel. Staff is very helpful: from housekeeping to reception and spa . All nice!! Very good breakfast, wide range of choice, spa- amazing, views, location.

We lived on the 13th floor, it was quite warm, dont know how is in summer time, conditioner did not help. Overall very good.

Very central hotel Food in bar downstairs very good

On our final morning we went to reception to let them know that when my husband simply closed the toilet seat it shattered into pieces, her attitude straight away was you must pay and did not ask had we hurt ourselves simply got onto housekeeping to assess the damage and how much to charge us. We could have simply walked away and said nothing, and simply ignored it, but no we are too honest, at our cost - they added 50BGN to our account. Completely unfriendly towards us.

breakfast was a bad experience for us, open buffet but because there was not enough seating, we searched for a table for 20 minutes, we found a table, there is no chair, when I told the working friends, unfortunately, we couldn't do anything.

be careful with that hotel, the reservation is guaranteed by cc through booking.com, they don't ask for payment We are leaving on 28/01 because we think that the money will be collected through booking, but they issue a receipt only on 30/01 and write a report to the police to extort money from you and I would insult you for knowingly not paying for the hotel!
