Glass partition between bathroom & Dining/living area. Not ideal for families. Pillows & mattress were not at all comfortable.

Hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful and suggestive in what is in the area. When I asked for some assistance in various things - they responded extremely quickly and efficently. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and genuinely this was one of the best thank you

Great location, walking distance to all the main attractions and city centre. It took about 20mins via bus to get us close to the accommodation from the train station. Room size was spacious and breakfast was excellent, staff was also very friendly.

Our room was facing the main street and therefore, naturally, it was fairly noisy at certain times of the day and the evening.

You have to pay only cash at the reception's hotel or by card via booking

Very good location

The room was at second floor with no elevator. We had to pay cash, their card pos didn't work, maybe they have a russian owner. It was a poster at the reception where it was written they preffer the cash payments with 2% discounts ( we have no discount for our cash payment 🙈😁).

Great stay & would come again

Reception staff were great & very friendly. The secure parking for our motorcycles was a bonus. The location is great, within easy walking distance to the centre with plenty of bars & restaurants close by. Breakfast was good & the rooms very clean & comfortable.

Whilst the rooms did have free standing aircon units we found then noisy or not very efficient. It would have been nice to have a bar at the hotel but with many in the area it wasn't really an issue.

Superb

Lovely friendly hotel. Great central location. Restaurant and bar area was good. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Shops, restaurant and bars were all within a short walking distance. Secure garage parking was perfect for our motorcycles.

Amazing room.

The room was huge - a junior suite - with lovely décor and facilities such as Nespresso machine as well as a kettle and a large bluetooth speaker, free mineral water, 2 large tvs and minibar. Breakfast was good. Location excellent - right in the centre of everything.

No lift so had to carry up 3 floors very large bags. But the room was worth the effort. Parking was full so had to use the public car park - only 200m away and about the same price.

A good area to stay for a day or two

The hotel is well situated in a side street near the Augustaplatz in the centre of the city and easy for sightseeing. Reception are efficient. The breakfast was excellent with a very good selection of meats, cheeses, smoked salmon, breads, fruit and yoghurts. It was hot in the room but the hotel provided a free standing cool air unit, which helped quite a lot.

The beds were not very comfortable, the pillows were too soft. There was no proper plug in the washbasin and the water emptied very slowly as if there was a blockage somewhere.
