Alles Bestens.

Die Bar hatte alles was man sich wünschen konnte. Sowohl Single Malt Whisky als auch Cocktails. Ab der zweiten Bestellung gab es auch Peanuts.

Mir fällt nichts ein.

An excellent choice close to the airport

Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The food was exceptional. Our room was very comfortable and we really liked the luxury shower in the bathroom. We were only there for one night but would have been happy to stay longer.

The A/C only cooled the room down so far. With the duvet, we were overly warm during the night.

Lovely hotel facilities. Bit expensive but would stay again if a special occasion

Good location, convenient to centre and airport shuttle available. Pool and saunas excellent. Restaurant options great.

Not enough staff at reception. Phoned down and kept ringing with no answer so had to physically go down to reception to make a request

Nächstes mal werden wir ein anderes Hotel nehmen. Nichts für ungut, liebes Marriott

Frühstück, Nähe zum Flughafen, Parkhaus neben an. Gehört nicht zum Hotel. Von Freitag gegen 17:00 h bis Samstag gegen 10:00 h haben wir 15,- € bezahlt, ist ok. Kassenautomat war defekt, aber die freundliche Dame (deutschsprechend) an der Rezeption hat geholfen. Schlüter-Hallen ( Einkaufzentrum in der Nähe) mit Taxi (steht fast immer vor dem Hotel) ca. 13,- € gut erreichbar. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen. Restaurant "Stubn´n " Essen war perfekt,

Betten zu weich (Ist aber nur meine Meinung), Zimmertelefon funktionierte nicht. Restaurant "Stubn´n ",Service sprach nur Englisch, kein Deutsch, ist für einige Gäste schwierig. Auschecken unfreundlich, Keycard einfach in den Glasbehälter werfen. Keine Rückfragen seitens Personal zum Aufenthalt, gute Reise o.ä.. Teppichboden im gesamten Hotel. Geruch auf den Fluren und auch im Zimmer. Ist aber meiner Erfahrung nach bei Teppichboden fast immer.

In the Gym the showers don’t switch off automatically. I found a shower pouring water without anybody being there, wasting a lot of water.

Unfreundliches Personal aber sonst okay.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top, nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof Freising und eine gute Verbindung zum Münchner Flughafen mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Das Personal war vor allem beim Check in sehr unfreundlich, ich war zum ersten Mal als Gast in diesem Hotel und man musste der Dame jedes Wort aus der Nase ziehen. Keine Infos zu Frühstück, Ausstattung, Check-out Zeit oder sonstiges. Das Kartenlesegerät für die Hinterlegung meiner Kreditkarte hat nicht funktioniert, weshalb dies öfter versucht wurde. Es wurden insgesamt 2x 40€ abgebucht. Auf die Frage weshalb überhaupt dieser Betrag, erhielten ich nur die Antwort „zusätzliche Kosen“.

Frühstück Welnessbereich Austatung

Schwimmbad von Mo bis Fr von 09:00 bis 18:00 von Schwimm- und Aquakursen belegt und Konder können Schwimmbad nicht nutzen. Es stand nicht direkt auf der Seite und nicht auf booking vermerkt. Nur am WE ist Schwimmbad frei und Kinder dürfen kein Sauna besuchen. Damit ist Wellnessurlaub nicht planbar

Die Unterkunft war wegen Messe alternativlos. Noch höhere Preise oder keine verfügbaren Zimmer in anderen Hotels.

Das Zimmer 240 ist sehr laut, als wenn direkt in der Decke eine große Lüftungsanlage läuft. Die Möbel, vor allem im Bad sind sehr alt. Der Duschvorleger hat ein Loch. Unter der Toilette ist ein dunkler Fleck auf dem Boden. Ich will garnicht wissen, was das ist.

Staff were so so helpful to me and my sister, we had our flights cancelled with Luthuansa and i felt this hotel just made a horrible situation bearable with how nice all the staff were. Great hotel also, pool was quite and nice sauna and rain showers.

the plane was cancelled and I have no choice but booked this hotel because it is closed to airport

looks like the booking system of hotel is out of dated and it took me more than one hour waiting for a room. I still didn’t get my receipt because of printing issues! unbelievable!

This will not be our first choice hotel when we next travel

Hotel was clean, decor was modern, easy to access. The bar staff were amazing, friendly and helpful.

Of the 4 reception staff member we dealt with none of theme were friendly or over helpful. Our 2 booking we had to ask 3 times to be connected, our hot water stopped working. Our room was not cleaned with fresh towel each day, we had to ring and ask for clean towels. We were over charged and it will be up to a month for a refund..

Close to the business location where I needed to be. Spacious enough room, which was clean and well maintained.

Passable

Food from room service was delicious and arrived quickly. Staff were very efficient. The under-counter lighting in the bathroom was a plus. Ordering room service from the TV was easy. The hotel smelled good. Bottled water was complimentary in the room.

Upon arrival in our room, the heat was turned to around 25C, which is ridiculous. We turned off the heat and opened the windows, and left them open for the whole visit. And, upon arrival, ALL the lights in the room were turned on! This is not energy-efficient and the power costs must be borne later by the customers. Not OK! And the room was very small. And the telephone in our room did not work. This seems dangerous, if there would be an emergency.
