das Personal konnte meine Fragen nicht beantworten,Weckdienst wurde zugesichert aber nicht eingehalten(wir mussten um 4.00 Uhr aufstehen, zum Glück bin ich vorher wach gewesen
An Schlaf war nicht zu denken es war extrem laut ,von 0.00 Uhr bis ca 2.30Uhr konnte ich (bei geschlossenem Fenster)die Skype Unterhaltung,party oder Familientreffen(lautes lachen und Musik)mit hören...leider konnte ich nicht heraushören wo bzw Balkon oder Zimmer es stattfandest hallte von mehreren Richtungen

The hotel is obviously designed to be convenient for an airport stay. With that being said it is surprisingly inconvenient to get there from the airport. We ended up taking a train to Hallbergmoos as we arrived outside of the "shuttle hours". Having missed the bus we decided to walk. This turned out to be a 1.5h/5km hike with luggage thanks to having no data for Google Maps and some great directions from a local (maybe not as local as we thought). The hotel is at the edge of an industrial area. We took a taxi to the airport the following day, which was still a decent drive.
Everything I care about in a hotel was excellent - the staff, the beds (really nice, best sleep I had all holiday). The rooms are properly quiet. The breakfast buffet was nice with enough choices to be pleasant for an extended stay.
I couldn't care less about the view from the room. Our room just overlooked the carpark out front.
A better description for people who don't arrive by car would be helpful, including some signs at the Hallbergmoos train station and bus stop, and the shortest way to walk (through the fields).

Staff were lovely.
Can’t get there at nighttime without paying a fortune on taxi. Shuttle service finished before plane lands. Taxi firm wanted £50 for a 7 minute journey from airport. The other option after 10pm is a 2 hour walk from the airport or one hour walk from the first train stop.
This isn’t the hotels fault but it is something to factor into staying there solo.

Sehr gut, zweckmäßig und modern ausgestattete Zimmer. Sehr ruhig. Gutes Frühstück. 15 Taxi-Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Wer in Flughafennähe übernachten muss, kann das dort gut tun. Ein regelmäßiger Shuttleservice zum Flughafen wird auch angeboten. Der Rezeptionsservice war auch vorbildlich

Gut gefallen hat uns die Einrichtung und die Gestaltung der Zimmer. Es gibt schöne Bilder an den Wänden und auch die Lobby, der Frühstücksbereich und die Bar sind toll designed. Das kenne ich von anderen Hotels aus großen Ketten weniger. Da es sich um ein Businesshotel handelt und wir immer erst nach 9 zum Frühstück kamen, war es angenehm leer am Frühstücksbuffet. Die Auswahl war gut und besonders möchte ich an dieser Stelle die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiterinnen am Buffet hervorheben.
Wir haben das Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach München gebucht und um die Erding Therme zu besuchen. Das Hotel liegt schon sehr weit außerhalb aber das sieht man ja schon bei der Buchung.
Etwas seltsam war für mich, dass die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption nicht alle Deutsch sprachen.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bett sehr angenehm. Ich habe auch die Größe des Fernsehers sehr genossen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut 👍

the attention of the staff. I'm autistic and I arrived later than expected and completely tired, and almost unable to communicate at that point. The staff was great and super patient with me, the girls from the bar made me a quick salad and gave me some basil for my bunny, the breakfast was adecuate. i arranged the shuttle to the airport the next day and they even waited for me when I was late for it because my luggage indeed broke. They also kept my medicine in their fridge as it needed to stay cold.
my only regret is that I was too tired to actually enjoy my stay, wish I could have stayed longer!
not exactly their fault, but my luggage was already faulty and it was difficult to drag the luggage through the carpet.
also there was an error on the information of the facilities (booking.com said on the website there were vending machines in the facility, which I was counting on since I have an insulin issue and I was going to arrive late due to an issue with the train and I knew I would not make it on time for the restaurant to be open. This could have been really bad for me since my remaining option would have been ordering out (probably at a much higher price)

Fehlinformarionen zum Shuttle. Kostenlos ist nur die Fahrt vom Flughafen zum Hotel. Dieser Serbice endet jedoch um 20:50. Die Fahrt zum Flughafen ist kostenpflichtig. All dies wurde vom Servicepersonal anders kommuniziert

Ich war völlig geflasht von der Qualität des Hotels. Bei weitem kein 0/8/15 Durchgangs-Flughafen-Hotel, sondern tolle Qualität. Die Lobby und die Bar laden zum Verweilen ein, die Zimmer sind riesig, es gibt extra Waschlappen im Bad. Ich bin vor Öffnung des Frühstücks abgereist und habe eine Frühstücks-Tüte vorbestellen dürfen. Top!

Das Hotel ist relativ neu und modern eingerichtet. Das ist Zimmer sowie das Bad sind geräumig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.
Bei der Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig.
Hervorzuheben ist der Flughafenshuttle, der uns für "kleines Geld" zum Flughafen gebracht hat.

Besonders wertvoll ist, dass das check-in zu jeder Nachtzeit vorgenommen werden kann! Es sind immer genug Parkplätze vorhanden! Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und es ist für jeden was dabei!
Das Doppelbett ist mit nur 1 Bettdecke ausgestattet und somit kann es vorkommen, dass eine/r über Nacht "ohne" bleibt!
