staff was friendly and is close to the airport.

The toilet was clogged, there weren't enough breakfast options available. The window was leaking during the rain and there was a lot of noise coming from other rooms. I stayed on the first floor, so I do not recommend staying on that floor.

Beautiful hotel, tucked away close to airport

a beautiful property with private pool, tucked away very near the airport; friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, easy & free shuttle to airport; nice room with view over the pool/garden; would recommend to all

bonito hotel con una piscina grande y buen restaurante

me gusto la piscina, el jacuzzi, el gym, el cuarto era grande, la cama muy comoda y el baño muy limpio y grande. se duerme muy comodamente y el restaurante tiene un menu grande y variado.

el traslado del aeropuerto al hotel de ida no logre que me recoja la movilidad del hotel entonces pague 60 dolares por un taxi del aeropuerto al hotel aparte de propina (costoso porque eran 7 minutos de camino), de regreso si volvi con la movilidad del hotel gratis al aeropuerto.

Convenient location to the airport

Shuttle from airport takes too long and check in too slow as staff very slow. Net, we only got into the room more than an hour after getting out of the airport.

Very good stay near airport

The interior - very fresh & modern. The hotel is clean , room too. Spacious king room. The free airport shuttle is excellent. Restaurant available at hotel - nice food. Little expensive. Close to convenience store and pharmacy.

We tried to WhatsApp the number to get shuttle to hotel however no answer at 1.30am. So phoned hotel instead which worked and managed to get it sorted.

Great staff! Very professional and courteous team at this Marriott hotel. Service at the front desk, the restaurant and shuttle was exceptional.

Cost of beer was more if it was delivered to the pool area vice the outside dining patio!? A few extra steps for the waiter was enough to increase the fee?!

I would only stay here if you have no choice and want to be close to the airport

The waitress at the restaurant were really nice

Old hotel overall and the reception and overall staff were distracted and not focused on service, mainly on charging money. Even the shuttle to the airport was late.

Good place to stay.

1 week Complimentary parking for vehicle if you fly out.

They tried to charge the breakfast when it was included. Just lack of information. They were sorry it happened.

Very good

Lovely pool surrounded by a sweet garden full of birds and butterflies. We stayed for one night after a flight and would happily have been there for longer. Breakfast was good and room worked well. Kids happy there.

Staff were a little slow and food outside breakfast was so-so.

Pleasant

The customer service from our waiter during our breakfast he was very nice, energetic and he did a great job.

The bathroom was dirty, no shampoo, no conditioner, the toilet and sheets were dirty and the waiters in the night were too obsessed with the tips, asking many times to tip in cash because he wouldn’t have the money the same day. It was very annoying because we felt bad for not having cash.

Staff were very helpful. Place was clean. Cab Driver we used connected to property was awesome.

Airport Shuttle was a nice touch, going to Airport much better than picking up at Airport. There are specific instructions on how to contact the hotel for the shuttle. It says to go to a certain 'numbered' platform, but when you get out to the area, all you see is pillars with LETTERS on them. We asked around and a very helpful gentleman told us to go to Pillar 'B'...and follow that down to platform #26 for the terminal we landed at. Booking.com or the hotel I recall sent us an E-mail with the instructions for the shuttle, perhaps they could add this little tidbit about the Pillars, and it would cause less anxiety..lol.

Transportation never arrived to pick us up from airport. waited over an hour and called multiple times just for them to tell me it would be another 5-30mins. After we checked out once again had to wait for another transportation cause the driver did not want to leave yet.

The free airport shuttle pickup process was super easy and hassle-free. We arrived to/from the airport within 10 minutes each trip. The room was basic but comfortable, fairly quiet despite being close to the airport. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. Free water bottles in the rooms and in the gym.

No complimentary breakfast; there is a restaurant at the lobby but it is a little pricy, as expected for hotel restaurants. Check-in process took a while even though there was only 1 person in front of us at the counter.

awesome, convenient, friendly staff ! would choose again.

the bed was super comfy ! close to the airport and loved the airport transfer as I arrived very late, I used the gym was small but everything you need for a good workout and food was excellent. loved my stay. Incredibly friendly and accomodating. I’d stay here again

shower had hair on the floor that wasn’t mine. not where u stand tho so that was ok.

The pool was very nice and the garden. The room was good and is near the airport with free shuttle and that was the main purpose of this stay.

Attention - Frozen pizza is the pizza they serve in the hotel. Never happened to me before. I was shock. The receptionists were great and the staff in general but the tip thing even in a hotel is too much. The staff asked me for a tip during my buffet breakfast. What in the world...
