A wonderful pool overlooking the rice paddies and lovely breakfasts each morning. Rooms were spacious. Location was close to Villa Kitty cat shelter (I was volunteering) and 15 minute walk very convenient. A free transfer four times a day was available into Ubud too.
Should have outdoor furniture on the porch to lounge in.

Property is lush green and situated closer to prominent tourist destinations.
It is non commercial setup which lack maintenance. Moreover, we were the only occupant in entire resort.
The difficult part is night stay due to continuous humming of birds, owls and frogs.

We were there for three nights, the room are very big, the staff were very friendly. The hotel was not busy I could say I was another family and us, so I was very quiet.
We had the massage services and it was more than excellent, we love it.
The hotel is not close to the center and it is not restaurant or shops around to the hotel.
The bathroom was in not good conditions, it was very old and we found mold everywhere, I didn’t even want to have my shower without my bath slippers, also the toilet has holes between the roof and the walls, so it was a lot of insects as a cockroaches, bees, mosquitoes and the worst was the lizards ( one night I couldn’t use the toilet because it was two of them and I am extremely afraid of them).
Also the second night I went to use the swimming pool and all the lights was off, so I had to go to the reception to ask them to turn it on, so a lady went with me to the pool to turn the lights on and she didn’t offer me a beer or wine (even if you have just a few guest in the hotel you must provide a full services to them but every night the hotel looked close) the hotel should offer more services for the guest even if they don’t ask for anything maybe some drinks in the fridge, a menu in the room, the massage services, etc.
