Rooms are a good size. For attractions it is a good location.
You pay top rate for the room and the shower trickles out.
They give you a coffee machine with no coffee.

Breakfast was great! The location is a bit out of town but I wanted quiet and I got it. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Everything was good thanks.

Beautiful property, very well trained and friendly staff.
The night club on the next plot was very annoying.
Why cant alcohol be ordered after 22h00? Room service should be able to provide beer and wine at the very least!

The changes to the menu, I'm not sure I like. Missed the variety that was there before. Those who recognized me from previous times were pleasant and happy to see us again.
I stayed at the hotel twice this time. First I was part of the American group. As my previous experience I was totally ignored and when I spoke up I was told they are busy yet others came in after me and was helped. I asked for a menu for my wife and I and was given only one. I did express my disappointment and it seemed not to bother the staff member. Upon leaving I always tip (gratuity) the staff but made a point not to tip that staff member as only then she was eager to assist. My second time was before leaving Zambia and wanted to order room service as my wife was not well only to be told that it is not offered. I had to go down get the food and when I asked how I'm supposed to carry everything another staff member hearing me complaint arranged that I get assistance. Just because my skin color is not white doesn't mean I should be treated differently. My money is the same and Im not sure I would be back as you are part of an international group yet these issues of colonialism seems deeply entrenched.

This hotel is wonderful. Its pools and ambiance were so good. The bar was a relaxing place to have an odd beer or six!!!! The Dining area was a pleasure and the staff there was so friendly. All the staff were friendly as well, the reception people, the cleaning staff as well as the maintenance folk. They all had a smile for you and a few nice words. Our room was very nice and well looked after, and the laundry service was excellent
I don’t want to stay there again, I want to live there!!!
The very best hotel we have ever stayed at
What didn't we like? I could not say, it was all so good

Centrality of the hotel
I paid 3 times the price by booking through booking.com. I'm inclined to never use the app again!

The room was nicely spacious and very clean
No room service - I had to go to the dining every time I needed to eat and the TV in my room was kind of too small for my eyes. I think a 50 inch TV would have been better for me.

Staff were really friendly and welcoming with a special mention to Mr Mapoma who is absolutely delightful, service with a smile.
Liked the surrounding, the greenery and the fish pond. The facilities are very clean.

Check in was quick. Courteous staff throughout. Breakfast was ok
The TV channels were rather limited. There could be a greater variety, considering the room rate of almost $1,000 for the 5 nights. The bar could be better stocked, especially on the range of wines available
