This is a difficult review. Great, quiet location in a park. You absolutely need a car though. Great pool, big modern rooms.
Looks lovely and feels nice in general.
Looks like the owners divorced and nobody feels responsible anymore.
No meals apart from a haphazard breakfast as the chef quit recently (kitchen a mess and not really clean when we were there, and yes, we had to help ourselves mostly to ice and water and stuff as nobody around most of the time). No staff present except for a bunch of very nice but somewhat lost interns. No room cleaning unless you ask and leave your key as second keys have gone missing (was the explanation we got). Aircon kinda works, but just kinda, was very hot though so maybe not strong enough to coon below 25C.

Nice breakfast, relaxing environment
Not very comfortable beds and not many amenities such as bat ropes, sleepers etc. plus not cleaning daily

We couldn't experience any of the facilities because they were all closed! The one great thing was we were the only family in the compound so it was very quite and the suite was very nice.
To start, I made the reservation on Sep 18. I received an email confirming my reservation and that we could book dinner every night that we were there. The day before we were set to depart for the hotel, we called to make a reservation for dinner and it was then that we were told the restaurant is closed and so was the breakfast. We were very surprised by that response but since we couldn’t get the refund anymore, we had no choice but to keep the reservation. The evening before arrival, we got a call from a lady (the temporary host) asking for the time of our arrival. So I advised her that I would call her 30 mins before arrival.
We got there and the nice lady was already there waiting for us. She gave us the keys to the apartment but told us everything else is closed. The gym and pool were closed, the main building where the breakfast and dinner areas were also closed. In fact, we were the only guests and she told us the owners were on vacation! We were very surprised by that news. , especially since we booked the trip months before and there was no mention of that. In fact, none of the facilities were available to us.
I don’t mind paying for good service… but it needs to be available as stated in the websites, their email to us, or they should at least mentioned that none of the facilities will be opened. False advertising from the hotel, limiting our access to many of the facilities which are included in the price. We basically paid for all the amenities without access to any.
