it was a wonderful stay with lots of comforts in the apartment; nice well equipped kitchen.

The location is perfect right on the promenade. It offers the best sea views and the beach is right across the street.

There’s a weird smell coming from the toilet, other than that the property is perfect. Could also provide some beach towels

Nice but thankfully getting a claim back for expense

Very lovely and clean apartment

The location in terms of view was fabulous, however, as this was a very last minute booking due to flight cancellations, there were no adequate restaurants nearby. Due to French strike action, this pushed the price up everywhere, so almost €400 for 1 night is very expensive

Recommend for the size of apartment, beautiful view, location and very helpful hosts - however, needs small improvements

Great location, close to transportation (tram and bus a 3 min walk); cafés and supermarket nearby. Apartment is lovely and bright with a beautiful sea view from small balcony. Very spacious for a family of four. Kitchen well equipped with washing machine - the start-up kit provided was a great addition. Property has good Wi-Fi and Netflix if you want TV entertainment.

Poor cleanliness! Bedding is awful - didn’t feel fresh at all which made it uncomfortable to sleep! Having white sheets and bedding would make a huge improvement to the apartment. Black sheets with bleach stains and dark blue bedding unfortunately lowers the standard of apartment - especially when they do not smell fresh and clean! Pillows need updating - they are more like cushions, so pretty uncomfortable. Floor not mopped clean. There is a hoover but it doesn’t work very well. Bathroom towels need updating - look very warn but they did smell clean 🙂 Bathroom a good size, new shower curtain but dated and chipped decor and bath sealant had a little black mould. The small toilet needs a deep clean - dusty tiles and floor. Flush handle broken but still works ok. Horrible smell from the toilet drainage. Kitchen tea towel new but didn’t dry dishes very well - left a material residue. Balcony doors only seemed to open on one side in each room? Safety in lobby - the main door to the apartment is always open so easily accessible by anyone. We came home one evening to find a man laying on the stairway with a beer. Very unsettling for my wife and teenage daughters.

We loved spending time here and will be back!

The location is excellent and the view was breath-taking! The apartment is beautiful and comfortable and very spacious! We so enjoyed our stay here!

The only drawback with the property was only one bathroom. For two couples, it was a bit inconvenient.

On my last night there I started looking for dates when I might be able to return!

Location was great, near cafes, store and train. View was amazing and living area was comfortable.

Bed and bedding could have been more comfortable. Mattress was pretty firm and bedding was scratchy

Our stay was just perfect. It was my birthday while we were there which was so special

Location was fantastic. Over looking the sea, near some great bakery’s and supermarket. Tram nearby and bus stop right out the front. Could not fault it.

Couldn’t turn off the radiator in the front bedroom, the rad valve was broken we think, so was a little too hot at night, main road out the front very busy in the mornings but that’s to be expected when you stay in such a great location.

Contactless and immediate check in. Great amenities, near to the tram station and beach.

The floors of the apartment were very dirty. Pots and pans and kettle were unusable, we had to purchase new ones.

The place was very clean and comfortable overall. AC nicely and quietly working, the terrace was very very nice and the beach very close. All in all I recommend it, maybe to smaller families, it was a bit crowded for the 6 of us

6 of us stayed here, 3 adults and 3 kids. There weren't enough blankets and pillows and the mattress on the bed was not comfortable. Also the location is a bit noisy but that's just personal preference - we like it more quiet.

Very nice stay

Beautiful views. Spacious and comfortable. Secure parking was 15 EUR/night and only a few blocks away. We drove everywhere daily, and parking in the city was cheaper and easier for us than using the tram. Two grocery stores, a tram stop, and restaurants very close by. Excellent manager.

The floors were pretty clean, but could have been cleaner since we like to walk barefoot. Usually quiet, but one evening, a man upstairs was yelling and banging for a half-hour, after midnight.

Exceptional

We spent a week in this wonderful place. Although, it was a last minute booking we felt really lucky that we didn"t end up anywhere else. The place is very spacious with a modern interior and balcony with a greatest sea view. The location is perfect, away from the crowds with direct access to the beach and a short tram or bike ride to the center. Lots of shops and restaurants around. There is everything, that you might need in the flat and, I'd say, it's definitely more than you usually get in the short rent flat. Very easy check in and out process. And the hosts are just great, all the questions were answered within minutes. Thanks very much for having us. We're extremely pleased wit our stay. Hope to came back soon.

The location , connection to the beach and everywhere needed. Facility itself was very comfortable meeting all the needs ; fully equipped. Afternoon the balcony is great with its great shadow and view.

Spectacular

The owner put alot of love into decor, the view os spectacular!!! Tram line just behind house. Not far from the chateau. Behind the street you will find alot of shops. One thing though, you’ll be better off paying for a parking which is located just behind the street. The parking is crazy expensive.

The toilet is situated in a tiny place and its very small toilet, and vert uncomfortable for tall people. Apart that the house was fantastic.

Superb

Everything. The location was perfect with gorgeous views from the balcony. The apartment is actually much bigger than the pictures. You have everything close by. Supermarket, bakery, restaurant and the tram and bus iare literally at the doorstep. Tram journey to the city centre is only 12 mins. I would definitely recommend it and would also come back again.

The heating was too hot with no way of reducing it. We also had an issue with the router which kept on switching off.
