Schönes Hotel

Lage top. Frühstück wirklich ekzellent.

Man durfte nicht ganz so genau hinschauen bezüglich Sauberkeit. Es war zwar nicht dreckig, aber es war ein kleiner Makel.

Très bel hôtel avec emplacement idéal

Accueil impeccable avec toutes les explications nécessaires. Chambre vue mer avec lit King size, grand balcon et très bien équipée (thé, café expresso, frigo...). Propreté irréprochable sur l'ensemble de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner excellent face à l'océan. Et quelle vue de la chambre sur l'océan et les piscines naturelles (accès gratuit pour l'hôtel) ! Le must ? Pouvoir dormir avec le bruit de l'océan si on ouvre la porte fenêtre...😁

Il faudrait remplacer les nappes en tissu au petit déjeuner par des nappes en papier. Ce serait plus écologique

Direkt an den Naturpools Das Restaurant abends und zum Frühstück- Mega Aussicht Es gab tollen Begrüßungssekt Man kann in den Nachbarhotels auch sein- Mega Infinity Pool

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Teppich ist nicht sooo schön

Nice views

The view from the room was great. Good and diverse breakfast.

The hotel is a bit dated. The sea view from the room was great; however, being so close to the sea meant the humidity in our room was high, and clothes were always a bit wet. The restaurant "Sea View" tries too much to be pretentious / fine-dining style, but they are far from achieving this. The food was a disappointment. Ants in the bathroom.

Tranquilo e com espetaculares vistas, uma ótima opção para uma viagem à Madeira!

Hotel muito tranquilo, com ótima localização, acesso às piscinas de Porto Moniz e um restaurante muito agradável. Quarto sobre o mar, muito moderno e bem arranjado, foi uma ótima surpresa! Até uma garrafa de espumante nos esperava no alojamento! Pequeno-almoço ótimo!

Nada de especial a apontar.

10/10 will come back again!

Loved the view from the window directly over the pools. Staff was extra friendly. Breakfast & restaurants were great.

In high season, the little spa section will likely be crowded. In low season, I had it to myself for the most part.

Séjour de trois jours raccourci à deux jours.

La localisation à côté des piscines est top. L'hôtel est propre, mais ne dispose pas d'espace "à vivre" de type lounge. À ne considérer que pour dormir, pas pour y passer du temps au calme.

Service stressant :réveil à 22:30 pour dupliquer les passeports (photocopie en panne à l'arrivée). Ils auraient pu attendre le lendemain. De même, les vouchers de réduction pour les repas n'ont pas été acceptés au moment du check-out : pas grave (une 20aine d'€), mais cela manque un peu d'élégance...

Perfect stay with an amazing view of the natural pools of Porto Moniz

The location was beautiful right in front of the natural pool of Porto Moniz. The staff was super friendly and helpful Breakfast was good with a nice view, the fresh made juices were amazing 😍

The shower leaked into the bathroom which was very messy. For the rest everything and everyone were amazing!

A perfect place for holiday, I really recommend. Very nice staff, clean, close to weather.

Except the Rooftop Restaurant where you find good food, I recommend the beef burger, food is treble.

Wonderful stay, the best we had in Madeira

Receptionists were very helpful, answered all of our questions and made us feel welcomed! The room was stylish, exceptionally clean and well equipped. We even had complimentary champagne in the room! That was really a surprise. The room had balcony with magnificent view to the lava pools and ocean, we saw the sunset from there as well. It was so nice to fall asleep when listening the ocean waves. And the breakfast was just superb! Large variety of fresh dishes and fruits. Whenever visiting Madeira again, we will definitely come back! :) It was the best accommodation we had during the week (stayed in 5 different places).

There wasn't anything that bothered us in any was, everything was just excellent!

Magic place!

We will remember time in this hotel♥️! Very warm welcome with drinks🥂, big room with gigantic bed🛌 , delicious breakfasts and amazing dinner in hotel’s restaurant🤤… But the view, you just need to see it🌊! And I even don’t mention about the amenities♥️.

We had a really fun stay! Customer service was excellent. i would go back and recommend to others.

My room had an amazing view. I fell asleep to the sound of the ocean every night! The room was quiet, spacious, and had everything necessary-nespresso for coffee in the morning, hot water and fast service if we needed anything. Wifi worked perfectly.

Send me my refund!

There was no heat in the room. We were told when we checked in there was no Ac .we decided to leave a day earlier.when asked for a credit refund, we were refused. Instead they offered a free night next time. Concidering we already paid for it, no offer at all. When we complained about the lack of heat at checkout they finally told us that they had a portable heater they could have brought in. What a load of crap!

Lovely room, large bed and spectacular view. Great little touches like toiletries, arrival drink and fizz, chocolates. Breakfast very good. Very good value.

Extraordinary hotel direct at the natural swimming pools and the Atlantic ocean. Marvellous view from the room/balcony, definitely book a room with seaside balcony! Very friendly and helpful staff. A lot of restaurants in the immediate surroundings.
