Bonito lugar con mucho potencial de mejora para ser excelente.

El lugar es bonito y muy acorde con la ubicación del lugar.

La pared de la habitación qué reservé al ser antigua desprende tierra que se queda en el piso, a pesar de que la asean a diario, todos los días hay partículas de tierra en el piso. La iluminación fallaba constantemente. El baño se percibe viejo y muy pequeña la zona de ducha.

La piscina estaba sucia no la limpian seguido y la habitación es muy humeda, un par de recepcionistas son mal encaradas y el desayuno se tardan demasiado en servirlo además no hay variedad de desayuno

Não recomendaria essa hospedagem. Foi péssima a minha experiência.

- Acomodação: com muito mofo, baratas e roupas de cama e banho não estavam limpas (cheiro ruim). - Limpeza: o vaso sanitário estava sujo, tudo muito escuro, dificultando a limpeza. Precisam urgentemente melhorar. - Café da manhã: foi servido um ovo mexido que não estava bom. Me causou uma infecção alimentar por conta do alimento. Passei muito mal com vômitos e diarréias por conta da Salmonella. - Lei do Silêncio: não existe nessa hospedagem. A acústica do quarto era péssima. Não dormi um segundo a noite toda. Hóspedes mal educados, desrespeitam os demais. Festa, barulho, bebidas e drogas na região durante a noite toda até o amanhecer. Preciso ser sincera e dizer que jamais recomendaria essa acomodação a ninguém. Precisam urgentemente melhorar em vários quesitos.

La ubicación, el desayuno estaba muy bien y la habitación era limpia

En aire acondicionado estaba como temporizado, se prendia y apagaba en la noche y era un poco molesto, pues me despertó, es algo menor que creo hubiera podido solucionar.

Bien pour un court séjour.

Très bonne localisation, les chambres sont simples mais fonctionnel (climatisation au top). Accueil 24h/24 et personnel très gentil.

L’hôtel n’est pas très bien entretenu et vieillissant. Beaucoup d’humidité dans les chambres et donc beaucoup de moustiques.

Acomodação confortável e bonita, localizada em bairro boêmio de Cartagena

Cama muito espaçosa, chuveiro maravilhoso. Cozinha com itens básicos que permitem o hóspede fazer refeições na acomodação.

A localização eh bastante prática para ir aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Um ponto de atenção apenas eh que, por outro lado, o bairro a noite eh um bairro boêmio, com muitas pessoas na rua e baladas. A janela de nosso quarto ficava de frente a um rooftop de uma balada, que terminou por volta da meia noite. Mas ainda havia bastante barulho na rua. Como só ficamos um dia, este não foi um problema para nós. Mas não eh uma região adequada se o que se procura e sossego para dormir cedo.

Not bad if you're willing to deal with some inconveniences

Great location. Nice staff. It was overall pretty good value for the location.

I got very sick after eating breakfast there. I struggled to get hot water in the shower. The street noise can be loud. Some drunk dude was screaming outside my window at 5 am, for example.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, die Terrasse und der Pool sind top, leider hatten wir kein Tageslicht.

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, das Frühstück war toll. Die Terrasse und der Pool machten den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Leider hatte unser Zimmer nur ein kleines Fenster zum Gang, deshalb hatten wir kein Tageslicht.

Très bien

L'emplacement est accessible et idéal tout proche du Castillo de San Felipe. Casa Ebano est situé sur une rue très achalandé avec plusieurs bars et restaurants à quelques pas en plus d'être proche du célèbre restaurant Celele Les chambres étaient grande et le lit confortable. De plus, il y avait une très bonne isolation dans notre chambre qui donnait face à la rue, car nous n'entendions pas le bruit de l'extérieur. L'hôtel est propre et bénéficie d'une très belle terrasse avec une piscine et des chaises pour profiter de la température.

Le déjeuner est inclus, mais n'est pas de super bonne qualité. De plus, il y a des boissons accessibles seulement sur la terrasse dans un frigo cadenassé et au coût des clients. Il serait mieux de garder le frigo à l'entrée avec le prix indiqué de chaque boisson.

Nice enough for a night or two, close to everything, but don’t expect luxury and don’t visit the restaurant

Location is great, right in the middle of Getsemaní, close to everything! Facilities were also fine. The room was very big, and the employees seemed nice.

It’s hard to find the door from the street. No windows and it’s locked. We just barely got out of the cab before we were surrounded by street singers trying to beg for money, and we had all our suit cases and the door was locked. That wasn’t especially pleasurable. The “restaurant” has an open kitchen, so you’re basically sitting in the kitchen and everything is extremely smelly and sticky, and you’re sitting directly in all the smoke. Your clothes stink and your eyes hurt. They seriously need some ventilation and aircon in there.

Right in the heart of Getsemani.

The location at the Getsemani neighborhood. The apartment, a little bit run down but was very spacious and has lots of potential.

A little outdated but charming. Kitchen wasn’t as clean as it could have been.

Nice and comfortable stay in a great location.

The location is amazing, and at the back of the building we weren’t bothered by the noise of the street too much (with earplugs). Staff was friendly, breakfast was nice.

It would have been nice if there was a place to refill water.

Good location, nice rooftop pool.

Great location in Getsemani and the rooftop pool and sun loungers were perfect for the heat.

Room and bathroom was very basic and there was little soundproofing. The breakfast staff weren’t very friendly.

Mold everywhere and dirty

Great location, friendly staff and nice pool

Don't book this stay. Rooms are full of mold and badly cleaned. We entered the room and there were hairs everywhere and a terrible basement smell - of course since there is mold everywhere, even on the bed sheets!! I went to the reception to ask if we could change to a room with no mold but I have been told all rooms are like that. So I asked to change bed sheets at least, but again the new bed sheets were full of mold everywhere. Disgusting and unhealthy. Staff is nice but unfortunately being nice doesn't make up for sleeping in a mold cave.

VERY noisy! Be aware, especially if you have a room facing the street. I was very kindly moved to an internal room, still quite noisy but much better
