Wow, lovely Hacienda with fantastic grounds, excellent staff and tasty restaurant.

We were thrilled to be upgraded to one of the 5 traditional Mayan houses on the property. Spacious room, large and comfy bed. Big storage and bath areas. Very comfortable rooms! Rooms in the hacienda buildings also looked very spacious. Convenient location just 40 minutes from Mérida and an hour from Chichen Itza. Ake Mayan ruins just 8 minutes away. This is a place to have a rental car. Toured around during our 4 days here but also enjoyed a very relaxing day just on the grounds and at the pool. Nice breakfast options included with the room.

We absolutely loved the few days we spent at the beautiful and peaceful Hotel Hacienda Ticum.

The staff was exceptionally attentive, helpful, friendly and informative. They wanted to please their guests and worked very hard to deliver exceptional hospitality. The family suite was a comfortable size for a family of four. The beds were comfortable as well. We felt that the upkeep of the room was at the highest standards and we loved that it was a bit secluded from the rest of the property. The property was beautiful and well-maintained and had a very peaceful vibe. My husband and I also got massages and were really impressed by the service.

The shower in the bathroom was a bit difficult to manage as the water sprayed outside the shower and soaked the floor.

Cute little hideaway that needs a bit more love and taken care of.

The property grounds were lovely however just need a little bit more love and looked after. It all seemed a little neglected. I would suggest more care to detail. The rooms were very nice though.

Being in such a remote place where you can’t pop out for dinner easily, you expect that the menu has variety. Unfortunately this was not the case. The food itself was good but not enough variety.

An incredible exprerience, in an historic hacienda beautifully renovated

Staying in the incredible architecture of an historic hacienda. Being in the middle of the forest, surrounded by the peaceful sound of the jungle, with all the confort, a very big room, three swimming pools, a nice staff.

The restaurant staff overcharged me as “service charge” even I questioned it. I had to file a complaint with the manager afterwards who paid me back.

Beautiful, secluded, relaxing! Great staff

Breakfast was great, rooms were secluded and comfortable, beautiful grounds!

Not "luxery" like some might be used to, bit to me very true to the culture of the area and naturally beautiful. Many bees in the pools

Amazing experience, we recommend for a special stay

The hotel just changed management, and they take care of you as a family. The colonial bungalows are great and very beautiful. Excellent food, 3 pools to choose from. We tried even the massage, it was a great experience. Personal are very nice, and always available for you. They do their best to treat you well.

The equipments around the pools need to be renewed.
