Food was excellent. Staff was excellent.
Room was right next to the check in office. I would’ve preferred a different room but us wasn’t a big deal.

one of the best places in el Cuyo
Slow internet in the room and a very simple breakfast

I loved everything; the rooftop lounge, outside dining, exceptional food, wonderful staff, extra comfortable accommodations, hot water for showers, a hot tub, right on the beach and close to the pier, the end of which is the only place in the island to see the sunset drop into the horizon. Magical, peaceful place.
Nothing but if you want total peace, try not to go during festivals because the music is right behind in the field.

The breakfast was good. Location could not have been better. Room was nice but small.
Front desk wasn't very friendly or welcoming.

Everything. The staff was super friendly, free water and bottles in the room, good food with good portions, perfect location.
4.5
The location is perfect: right on the beach and right in the center of town. We were able to walk everywhere. The breakfast was tasty and very large and the view from the table is amazing. We enjoyed having cocktails and dinner at the restaurant as well. We really appreciated the fact that the hotel has a generator as there was a storm one night and the town lost power. There is always hot water with great water pressure in the shower. The beds were comfortable as well.
The only improvement I can think of is that all of the lounge chairs are on the hotel side of the mangroves from the beach which is great when it is windy, but it would be nice to have some light weight beach chairs/loungers that could be taken right down to the beach when it was calm.

Breakfast was included in my room and was fruit, yogurt and granola, Two eggs fried or scrambled with a few add ins and toast. Very good orange juice. Location was perfect and views were amazing. We ate there for dinner once as well and the food was very good.
No one there gave any warm fuzzies. Front desk at check in wasn't very welcoming. Very little English is spoken in this town. It may have just been language barrier because my Spanish is poor. Bottles of wine very expensive.
