Go somewhere else

The breakfast was pretty good not much variety but tasty. The location is superb right next to sitnyakovo from which you can go anywhere in borovets.

The bathroom canal was clogged and so had to scrape off some disgusting stuff on top of it. The overhead shower was dirty and so sprayed everywhere. There is no curtain to stop the water from going everywhere. The bathroom door didn't close or lock... The shared corridor smelled really bad. Ski storage is not thought of well as the walls are stone and scratched all of our skis. Keep in mind in this room there is no fridge as well. They accept only cash and didnt give us a receipt which means they probably don't pay their taxes.

Only required the room for one night, did the job but not what you’d call a luxury hotel.

Close to the slopes and main centre. Staff were friendly on arrival, less so when leaving.

Won’t accept card payments only cash. Bed had a memory foam mattress which was not breathable at all so got very sweaty. Cobwebs in the room, alarm clock had leaking batteries in it so didn’t work.

Прекрасное расположение .

Нас поместили на 4 этаж , ножками не легко. Узкие ступени , взрослые люди . Это последний этаж и дальше раскаленная крыша . Очень жарко , гипер жарко и душно . Паутина в окнах , пыль … Окно не открывалось , открывалось только крошечное боковое , но днем 40 градусов , в комнате наверное 35 … дышать нечем .. обещали ночью будет холодно , но ночью было также очень жарко .. у моей подруги от жары поднялось давление .. мы приехали первые , позже подъехали группа молодежи , можно было как то поменять …. Но увы , отношение - полное равнодушие персонала !!! Отель без кондиционеров в жару это ужасно , цена не дешевая по другим отелям . Не лучший мой выбор ((((

Awesome cozy hotel!

The hotel is right on the ski slope. Very convenient for people who came for skiing. There is also a spacious room to keep your ski equipment and let it dry. The lobby bar area is nicely decorated and we used it to enjoy playing board games after skiing.

Заради малката стая, в която ни настаниха не бих посетила този хотел отново.

Хотелът е близо до пистите за ски, стаите бяха чисти, персоналът беше любезен, закуска достатъчно разнообразна.

Настаниха ни в изключително малка стая с нисък таван и много тесни легла. Стаята беше толкова малка, че след като сложихме куфарите на пода нямаше откъде да се преминава и трябваше да прескачаме куфарите. За първи път виждам толкова малка хотелска стая. Цената на тази малка стая в booking беше много по-висока от цените, предлагани от хотела.

Αρκετά κακή η εμπειρία του ξενοδοχείου αν δεν είχε την τόσο καλή τοποθεσία θα ήταν πραγματικά απαίσια!

Πολλή καλή τοποθεσία. Άμεση πρόσβαση στις πίστες. Τίμιο πρωινό, όχι κάτι ιδιαίτερο.

Τα δωμάτια ήταν κρύα, η θέρμανση ήταν μηδαμινή. Επίσης βρηκα λεκέδες πάνω στο σεντόνι μου και στο ντουζ. Τα δωμάτια θα μπορούσαν να ανακαινιστούν και να έρθουν λίγο πιο κοντά στα σύγχρονα δεδομένα. Το ντουζ με την τουαλέτα για παράδειγμα είναι ένας ενιαίος χώρος.

breakfast was average on the weekend but on Monday it was weird breakfast plate not a buffet as weekend. on the information site, it says credit card is accepted but it was so rude to be requested cadh payment only!!

location location location

great location - ski in and out right on the lifts. Good breakfast, surrounded by food options. Sara is very nice. room ok. ski room is very handy to keep all equipment. location allows to take a ski pause, sleep short nap and then continue.

mattresses in rooms were not so comfortable. could be improved. Price used to be cheaper, still ok but getting already closer to other options that are just as good

I have to say while this hotel is only 1 or 2 star the staff were brilliant and attentive, our dislike are in no way a C

location was excellent it’s literally right next to the 4 man chair lift, the hotel was warm and cosy and right in centre of the resort, great for family stay and plenty of sledging outside the hotel for the kids whiles adult enjoy apres ski

The bathroom was basic, could do with some more shelves and hooks for toiletries, also need more hanging hooks on walls for ski gear rather than all squeezed on side of wardrobe, there was a good selection and breakfast was reasonable but the hot food was Luke warm and the toaster takes for ever !! please get a new 4 slice toaster to speed up the process.

Lovely family holiday. Loved watching all the children sledging from my bedroom window.

The location was perfect & our room was excellent with plenty of room & beautiful view of the slopes. Sara was extremely helpful organising a Valentines bouquet of roses delivered to me at the hotel from my partner who was in Thailand. My roses were beautiful Thankyou for organising this Sara what a lovely surprise.

Breakfast was little disappointing.

Ski in ski out

First of all it is a ski in ski out so the location is great. The staff is very nice and helpful and the breakfast is good and has enough variety. A few helpful tips for first commers: 1. Ski rental equipment is preferable to do online at least 2 days prior to your arrival in order not to pay overpriced when arriving locally at the store. An experienced and cheapest place was Traventura which is located 700m away from the hotel and near the Gondola lift. 2. Ski lessons with private instructor are better to be arranged directly with a freelancer instructor and not throw a ski rental place. For 4 persons you will save 70 BGU a day. 3. Ski passes can be bought directly in front of the hotel. There is a day pass, morning pass, afternoon pass and night pass with different pricing. There is not much difference in pricing if you buy in advance a pass for a few days or each day a new pass.

1. The beds are not really so comfortable 2. outside the rooms there is an unpleasant smell probably due to the humidity of a closed place.

The location could not be better

There was an issue with the heating, but it was quickly fixed by the staff. The price was a bit high (price vs. value), probably due to New Year and increased demand it is to some extent expected.
