By far the most special property I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying
Nothing it was perfect

The Hotel is beautiful and has an amazing location.
There was a couple of things about the staff’s treatment that we did not like.
I had already paid the full amount of the stay with breakfast included before arrival.
Upon arrival they asked for a 5000mx deposit on my credit card, which is not unusual but 2 days have passed since I left the hotel and I still haven’t gotten the money back. (Just got back from them that it will take up to 7 days)
When booking we paid for breakfast included, so the next morning we woke up, sat down and ordered breakfast when we finished she bought us the bill and we told her we had breakfast included, to which she answered that it only included the “continental breakfast” which consisted of coffee, juice and a piece of banana bread.
She never mentioned this when we were ordering, only after we had already eaten breakfast. Honestly if we were gonna pay extra we would have preferred to have breakfast else where. And I think she still charged us the coffee and Juice.
The staff was very kind at all times but I do believe they need better hospitality manners. You should be told before ordering what your breakfast included actually means.
Another example was that we got a call at bed time asking at what time we were leaving the next day, which kind of made us feel unwelcome.

An absolute jewel box of a hotel! A classic old house, restored beautifully.. art and architecture blend into the interior gardens and create spaces you can relax and dream. Only 6 rooms so very exclusive feel. Staff are exceptional; they know each guest by name and make every effort to serve with hospitality. A rooftop bar with jacuzzi... feels like it's your own. Great location, easy walking to restaurants or the Plaza.
Although it advertises "breakfast included" this meant only coffee, juice, and a single piece of toast. However, you could order additional items for a cost, and all was delicious. There's nothing to dislike in this beautiful place.

the staff and property was amazing!!
bed was very firm. too much for my taste. also Disco noise went on all night. but from what I learned. you can’t escape it in this down town location. a good set of earplugs helped.

Amazing facilities, nice area, walking distance to main attractions in the city
For use of the hot tub you have to give hours advance notice, instead of instant use so couldn't make full use of that

The hotel preserved its history and it was a wonderful place to explore. Mariana and Daniela were exceptionally helpful from the time we booked, organising our transfers from CDMX, a side trip to Queretaro, and booking dinners. We had an early starts to the days, and they made sure that breakfast was ready.
None.

The breakfast was beyond all expectations. Tried several different meals ranging from delicious organic oatmeal with fruit, nuts, and honey to very favorable chicken tamales and green or red Chiliquiles . The luxury hotel has an incredible history and the rooms tell their story. Beds and pillows are very comfortable and the location can't be beat.
Nothing could be improved upon.

The building was beautiful, built in the 18th century, and full of charm! The decoration fits perfectly with the architecture. And the location of the hotel was perfect we were in the center of everything, yet the hotel was serene and quite.

Absolutely beautiful boutique luxury hotel . The room was clean , beautiful & spacious.
The hotel decoration was exquisite .
Great location .
They helped me with the transportation from Mexico city to San miguel and return .
The service was very regular . No up to standards.
I asked If I could have a simple breakfast before leaving at 8am to Mexico city . The front desk confirmed I would have coffee , home made bread and cheese. NO one from the hotel showed up.
I also had several problems with my account . 2 bad billings to my credit card .

Very hard bed and old pillows

Everything was excellent. The only thing that was not working was the phone in my room. I left my cel at a friends house for a couple of days so had to organize and chat at the front desk. That said everyone was more than accommodating with my situation. I would recommend Casa No Name to anyone who enjoys a smaller quieter hotel. It really encompasses the San Miguel experience.
The restaurant was so nice that a small lunch menu would be greatly appreciated.

We thought the hotel was beautiful and the staff was kind and friendly. The service for breakfast was also excellent, although we are early risers and the 9:00 am breakfast was a bit late for us. Overall a very pleasant stay. The location was perfect!
We would have loved our room not to open directly onto the dining area, a bit awkward for privacy. This however is the architecture of this boutique hotel. Not a big issue just a bit unusual.

Breakfast is only open from 9-11 which is odd being a hotel to that standard. No staff from 10 pm till 8:30 am when they come back. Seems more like a bed n breakfast than anything.
Food was always scarce in terms of accommodation. When we arrived in the afternoon we had to order uber eats and then again that evening. No room service and a late start on breakfast we had to go into town.
