Great place to stay when you are on a business trip

The staff were very helpful and very close to the train station.

the correspondences i had with the hotel set me off and was not very optimistic as i felt that they are very strickt and not willing to help or support.

It was a useful stop off on our journey, but we wouldn't choose again.

Staff were helpful and the conservatory bar was really nice. The room was quiet at night despite being opposite the train station.

The room, especially the bathroom could have been cleaner. The socket near the mirror was broken. The rooms are very small. The train station has a lot of beggars around and if we had known there had been a football match on also, we wouldn't have chosen the hotel as there were hoards of people drinking and shouting all day (thankfully not at night).

A good hotel with friendly staff with a great location if you are traveling by train.

Location right by the station was great, front desk staff were very friendly, room was comfortable

The elevators were too often tied up by housekeeping - va small thing, but irritating.

Bathroom glass door which doesn’t let isolate the room completely - when the door is closed, some space remains always open. Also the Lay-out of the room was not good. bathroom with glass door is located right next to the bedroom. When bathroom is used in the middle of night, bathroom light was extremely bright and disturbs person sleeping in bed. Price doesn’t represent for the size of the room and facility.

we had a very nice stay, all perfect. our room was spacious and well equipped. it looked all recently renovated. convenient location, just opposite the station. Staff was very welcoming.

great location, perfect beds, rooms are nice and clean.

Perfect location, next to the train station. The rooms are very well isolated, beds are perfect. 6 Min walking distance to the shopping area. Parking is around the corner in the Parking garage of the Supermarket (Rewe). The parking garage needs an update but is perfectly safe. Restaurants around the corner, like the bakery and so on. The staff is very politely and friendly.

Exceptional

The location was absolute perfection. The quickest walk from the train station made for the easiest arrival and departure. The bed was absolutely incredible - the best one we slept in in Europe! The bathroom was so clean and the shower was wonderful. The staff could not have been more lovely and kind. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and it's so easy to get to and from the airport by train.

I honestly can't think of a single thing.

Beautiful downstairs but rooms tiny

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lobby is spacious, comfortable and lovely. Location is great, especially for the Christmas market.

Rooms were small and not functional. Very little storage space, tiny bedside table and no real counter space in the bathroom.

Short. Would not stay again due to the lack of safe parking and the area.

Restaurant is small but waiters and food was good. Room facilities were modern and good.

Breakfast too expensive. Car parking facilities are nearby in what is considered a bad location, the state of the car park was deplorable. Not safe. Stair well dangerous. Noise from the street (trams,etc.) noticable all night.
