Modern, superb location

Superb, central location only a 5-minute walk from the BTS. 24 hour reception and friendly staff. Amenities were modern.

It was advertised as a city view unit, but we had a view of the building wall..with a very small view of the sky. While the property was modern, cleanliness could be improved as there were unwelcome bugs in our room, on two separate occasions .

I cant find anything wrong with this hotel! The staff,the food, the facilities amazing and mr oh and Mr pia the concierge 's, these three guys know exactly what being a concierge means so helpful and always with the most beautiful smiles whoever is in charge of this hotel you're doing a wonderful job

Sublime séjour, tout est parfait 👍🏻

Hôtel moderne, bien placé, chambre incroyable , belle piscine. Nous avons réservé une nuit après notre mariage, lors du check in la réceptionniste voyant nos bracelets du mariage nous a offert un surclassement, quelle magnifique attention qui restera gravé dans nos mémoires. Ce notre séjour là-bas fut une superbe expérience. Encore merci 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

We loved our stay, the staff very kindly upgraded us for our special occasion. The location was perfect in the bustling Sukhumvit. We utilised the gym, the pool, the rooftop bar, and breakfast was amazing

Greatest Hotel Staff

I liked the service provided by very helpful and courteous employees: Flora in the breakfast area, June, in Mojjo Bar on Floor 32, and the Dream Team of Concierges, including Meng, Lee and Tum. I am forgetting a few more guys of the Concierge team, but I cannot recall their names... The proximity to the BTS Station of Phrom Phong is surely a plus. The pool area was impeccable and the staff that works there were superb.

Japanese toilet, in the room, great location for public transport. Desk staff were great, as were concierge and door team.

Maybe nice for younger people who love (very) loud music all day with no escape to some quiet area

Clean and modern, good breakfast

Every rather loud music, at the reception at breakfast everywhere and no background music but constantly yelling girls music. Terrible especially in the morning when still getting awake. Moreiver the music at the rooftop bar/restaurant was that loud that you could here it in the rooms which were 3 floors lower.

Perfect stay in Bangkok

The property is really well located in sukhumvit and has a beautiful lobby area. The pool is amazing and the roof top bar is incredible! The room itself was clean, comfortable and well sized, with floor to ceiling windows. Loved our stay and wish we had stayed longer! Unfortunately we didn’t get to try the breakfast as we enjoyed the surroundings a bit too much!

the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and the shower was very big! The location was very good too. Reception and concierge were very nice and helped when i needed them.

Good stay apart the liquid bar

Beautiful stay. Room is very huge and the bathroom with the view of bangkok is wonderful. Fitness room is ok not big but enough because it's not full. The reception area look really good and the staff was very nice

Very very bad that the liquid bar area is a smoker area. I wanted to enjoy the swimmimg pool but all the sunbed was busy so I stayed in the liquid bar area and it was full of smoke. I couldn't enjoy the moment so I had to leave. I don't understand why such a big area is a smoker place. That should not be , it's not cool for non smoker who cares about their health and want to enjoy near the swimming pool.
