Good

The property is close to the train and bus station, between 5 to 10 min walk. It’s right next to a supermarket where we had delicious and cheap breakfast (bakery).

The location felt a little unpleasant at night, on the way to arrive at the building, but we were two girls and it was ok. Also, there was a strong smell, probably from the kitchen, but nothing that was unbearable.

This place is very good to stay for few nights.

It was cheap enough due to location and type of property.

There was very hot during the day and night. Was a bit dirty in bathroom.

Home vibe in touristy Venice

Location can't be better. Lucano it's an excellent host and the place has a warm cozy home vibe which is very rare when you're traveling. I can't recommend it enough!

sorry but place was disappointed

its close to public transportation for going to Venice

responsible man is not kind person. he didn't provide us door code before we arrived and we had to wait in front of the door. Luckily we were able to call him. There is no sound isolation and it was very noisy therefore we couldn't sleep whole nights. in the kitchen pots and pans in a horrible condition. And check out time 10 in the morning and this is the firstime I have seen such early check out time! there is only one toilet for the all guests which is not enough if someone takes shower, you are not able to use neither toilet or sink.

Good price-quality ratio

The biggest advantage was good placement regarding daily food shopping and connection to Venice. Mestre in fact is well connected with Venice at all. Very supportive staff who taken care for us from erly begining.

Quite loud environment. Room has window opposite one of main street where traffic has never stopped. Location fully occupied by foreigners from Azja and Africa. Not too many Italians.

Only the fact that we were not able to close bathroom door.

Very nice room and the staff was very helpful

I didn’t quite like the neighborhood and the walls are very thin. I couldn’t sleep because of the noises from other people

Exceptional

The hotel was clean and nice. The location is perfect.., easy to find with local transportations around and if you come with the car, it would not be a problem to find parking. The owner/staff was so friendly and such a helpful person for whatever needed. Thanks Mr. Luca, this is our recommendation to anyone who want to visit Mestre or somewhere not that far from Venice. That was a great time!

Great personal tips!

Luca was a friendly and helpful host. He was easy to reach for anything, fixed problems as far as possible and gave us the best tips for food and drinks in Venice! It’s not that easy to find place in Venice where you are the only tourists...

It was beautiful!
