Für eine Übernachtung gerade so ok.

Direkte Lage am Hbf. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Die Fußböden, im Gang und auf dem Zimmer, sowie die Dusche, sind dreckig, Türrahmen und Zierleisten sind beschädigt.

Molto da migliorare per la prima accoglienza. Se si vuole restare vicino alla Stazione va bene ma..

Stanza confortevole, spaziosa e luminosa. Bene la pulizia della stanza. Bene la colazione. Bene il prezzo.

Una volta usciti dalla Stazione bisogna solo attraversare la strada, ma sul portone chiuso appare in evidenza il nome Ruf e poi Novum. Ho chiesto aiuto al negozio accanto per entrare. All' ingresso ci sono una fila di carrelli con biancheria da lavare. Per raggiungere l'Ascensore occorre passare in piccoli ambienti isolati. Non ci si sente ben accolti. Moquette sporca su scale e corridoi. Fastidiosi i rumori provenienti di notte dai Locali sottostanti

Wir waren hier um die Westweg Wanderung zu starten, perfekt direkt am Bahnhof gelegen, hatten keine grossen Ansprüche an das Hotel, Preis/Leistung stimmt

Ein günstiges Hotel mit super Frühstück.

Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, das Frühstück super und die Leute sehr nett.

Mein Zimmer lag direkt über einem Spielcasino, und man konnte nachts die Geräusche hören. Allerdings war auch Faschingswochenende. Das Parken ums Hotel herum ist schwierig. Dafür brauchen Bahnreisende nur die Strasse zu überqueren und sind schon da.

waren bereits das dritte Mal hier, hatten diesmal das bisher beste Zimmer sehr zentrale Lage, direkt am Bahnhof sehr ruhige Zimmer ausreichendes Frühstück

Empfangsmitarbeiter war sehr freundlich, Zimmer sauber u. komfortabel

Frühstücksbuffet, Hygiene der Küchenmitarbeiterin die sich ständig an der Nase geschnäuzt hat und ans Buffet ging, Zigarettengestank im ganzen Hotel,

A decent night's sleep at a good price.

Very useful location across the street from the train station. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast was quite good, with lots of fruit and hot eggs.

On Saturday night the club downstairs was loud and I couldn't open a window. Lack of A/C made it quite stuffy. A few design flaws make it hard to use the elevator and bathroom (I had to squeeze in by the shower to close the door to get to the toilet...)

You get more than what you pay for

Spacious room, comfortable bed and very tasty breakfast. You get more than you pay for and overall I would recommend this hotel.

The lady at the reception has a very strong personality. I think her communication skills could be a bit improved and a softer tone is needed, especially when you work in hotel business :)

Superb

Super near from the train station. The room really clean and comfortable. I didnt hear any noise when I stayed here. Pefect quiet.

The booking is included a breakfast, however we didnt receive it although waited until 8:00am. The single bed is a little bit tiny, but still good for me I cannt open the door to go out balcony, a little bit sad about that.

Good stay for reasonable price

A good room with a clean bathroom. The hotel is located very close to the city center. Good breakfast with good choice of food. Late check-in is possible.

One night I had to sleep with earbuds because of noise coming from people from outside.

Bax experience with cigarette smell and rude staff

It was at the center and near the station. the rooms were clean.

It supposed to have breakfast included in our reservation. But we did not get the breakfast, it was like left out when they started serving the breakfast. the staff was so rude and bad behavior. you can smell the smoke when you are in the hotel. some facilities in works like lamps and hairdryer didn’t work.
