Zeer proper hotel voor een goede prijs/kwaliteit

Mooi, recent hotel waar hygiëne top is. Garage was goed afgesloten en eenvoudig om te parkeren. Prijs/kwaliteit is dit echt goed.

Geen echte tegenvallers, het kan natuurlijk altijd beter (spek bij het ontbijt, iets meer ruimte voor kledij of koffer).

Die Auswahl am Buffet

Das die Duschwand nicht weiter raus ging und man somit das ganze Badezimmer mitgeduscht hat Keine gute Strukturierung der Tiefgarage Parkplätze. Jedes Mal stand ein fremdes Auto auf dem gemieteten Parkplatz.

Eine Flasche Wasser zur Anreise gab es kostenlos auf dem Zimmer

Für die Zimmerreinigung muss man explizit die Rezeption informieren. Zimmer leider klein . Keine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer.

Typisch stadshotel van grote keten in centrum van de stad maar kamers hadden properder gemogen.

Ontbijt was ok en werd snel aangevuld. Personeel was vriendelijk. Hotel lag op wandelafstand van het centrum. Familie kamer was handig: twee aanpalende kamers met gemeenschappelijke tussendeur.

Kamers niet goed gepoetst: vingerafdrukken rondom bed en in badkamer en plukje haar in de badkamer. De kamer was geschikt voor andersvalide, wat op zich fantastisch is dat het hotel dit aanbiedt. Echter, de badkamer had daarom een douchegordijn wat een onhygiënisch gevoel gaf. Bij boeking stond aangegeven dat het hotel een eigen parking had maar bij aankomst rond 16.30u werd ons gezegd dat ze al volzet was waardoor we betalend moesten parkeren voor de deur op de openbare weg.

Lage des Hotels prima , doch was den Service angeht ausbaufähig .

Die sehr zentrale Lage zur City und die Tiefgarage.

Bei Anreise wurden wir gefragt ob eine Zimmerreinigung täglich gewünscht wird. Bei drei Übernachtungen sagten wir das eine Reinigung erst am 2 ten Tag nötig ist , doch diese Reinigung wurde schlichtweg vergessen:(( schade. Ferner war keine Handseife im Spender .

Alles in Ordnung. Für die Stadt kann das Hotel nichts ;-)

Sauber, genügend Platz, freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Sehr schlechte Ausschilderung der Tiefgarage. Wir haben ein Rollstuhlgerechtes Zimmer bekommen. In diesem. Sind alle funktionalen Dinge (Waschbecken etc.) deutlich tiefer angebracht. Das war zwar eine wertvolle Erfahrung, dennoch hätte ich gern vorher davon gewusst.

deutlich besser als erwartet

tolles modernes Design, kein typischer Ibis-Style, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, kostenloses Wasser, Tee und Kaffee in der Lobby, sogar für unsere Geschäftspartner, mit denen wir uns (nach dem Check-Out) dort getroffen haben, Fahrzeug durfte auch nach dem Check-Out noch in der Tiefgarage bleiben!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with a spacious bathroom. Beds are comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is great. Breakfast is very good

Watering in the middle of the night and water was coming on to the windows, and the fact that I’ve had to change the keys for room 3 times one of them did not work

Absolutely nothing. I am lucky because I had spend only night day there...

The parking place does not exists. Really crazy situation, because the location of the hotel is middle of the city. If you come by car, you will get in trouble during the parking process. I almost had to pay twice for the breakfast. At the first time when I booked the hotel, secondly at when I checked out - very funny group... Please do not use the bathroom If you like the clear place....

Mixed impression

Underground parking, very good breakfast, good location close to the city center. The room was small but cozy and cleverly designed. (Great steak and burger place just across the street named Beef Republic.)

Personnel didn't speak English much and some of them seemed to be "burnt out". Room cleaning happens only if you ask for it the day before, which is a great eco approach, but the service didn't work properly and no cleaning happened on the prearranged day (and not only for our room), the cleaning lady came the next day when we were already leaving.

Great location with brilliant breakfast.

Breakfast really good, much better than expected and much much better than an expensive hotel in SE England.

Parking tricky as we had a roof box, wevweee too big for the car park but this wasnt the fault of the hotel!

Nice new clean hotel in the heart of Pforzheim. Great restaurant choices in walking distance.

The breakfast buffet was very good. So many different choices! I stayed for four days and there was something different and yummy every day. Gluten free, dairy free, and even vegan choices. The staff was also very helpful. I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that each room had its own climate control.
