Gera vieta, butas pakankamai naujas ir švarus. Patogus čiužinys. Labial malonus šeimininkės bendravimas, pasiekiama bet kuriuo paros metu. Išvykimo dieną skrydis buvo vėlyvas, buto šeimininkė surado ir pasiūlė viešbutį šalia geležinkelio soties, kur buvo galima palikti dienai lagaminą. Netoli gelležinkelio stotis, tramvajaus stotelė. Netoliese yra net kelios maisto prekių parduotuvės.

Too hot, not well-stocked, shakey shower

North-facing balcony with a nice view; friendly hostess.

Waaaay too hot. There was a fan, but that didn’t help much. While the temperature outside went from 32 during the day to 22 at night, the temperature in the apartment stayed at a steady 30 degrees 24/7.. probably because of lack of through-draft. Next to that, as other guests have noted, the shower switches from cold to hot every couple of seconds. To top it off, it looks like the owner bought the very bare minimum of furniture and kitchen utensils and a small bed at IKEA, making it very uninviting to spend any part of the day there. Very disappointing. The same amount of money will get you a nice and cool hotel elsewhere in the city.

My best stay and would go back again. The most hospitable host

Everything about this property was amazing. It was the right size with simple finishes. Loved the balcony and the table and chairs on the balcony. Best location and easy access to public transport

great apartment near the train station

great apartment near the main train station, old town is but further but tram station is close by, bright and clean, spacious bathroom, kitchen equipment very basic but enough for breakfast or small dishes, nice balcony view we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely choose this place again!

the water in the shower couldn’t keep the temperature, it gets cooler every 20 sec or so and then warm again

A lovely well equipped studio in a great location.

This studio was the perfect place from which to explore Nice and the surrounding areas. Not a huge studio, but a decent size for 1-2 people. The area was quiet, safe and pleasant, and the centre of Nice was within easy reach. Natacha was a lovely host, and I knew she easily contactable should there have been any issues (there weren't). The flat is well equipped with a little kitchen area and a big shower room with toiletries and towels. The balcony was a lovely bonus, and overall this place was very comfortable and convenient - recommended.

There is no air conditioning in the flat, and therefore could get quite hot, given that it was August. There was however a powerful fan which did a good job, and whilst I would have preferred air con, this was just a personal preference. It obviously wouldn't be a problem outside of the months of July and August.

We were there for 8 days WITHOUT fresh sheets and towels AND NO AIRCONDITIONING- ONLY A FAN!!

The main problem is that although in the description it is stated that there is an aircondition despite the heat they just provided A FAN INSTEAD! UNACCEPTABLE!

Exceptional

The apartment is new and clean. Situated in a nice neighborhood, very close to the train station and the tram stop and to the main commercial Street of the city. The bed is very comfortable.

Relaxing stay with great mountain view.

Wonderful views and a perfect studio to enjoy our staycation in Nice!

I personally prefer proper beds to sofa beds.

This was not my first trip to Nice and I would definitely recommend this studio - it was great!

The host Natacha is extremely friendly and helpful. She made sure she was easily contactable during my stay - although actually there were no problems at all it was great to know that she was there if needed. The studio was great, very comfortable and in a good central location within easy walking distance to shops, promenade and also served with plenty of buses and close to the tram. Good atmosphere around the apartment block, neighbours always very friendly and polite when met in passing.

Really good localisation and small, but well equiped flat with the balcony. I recommend.

The localisation was really good, near the tram line, but also 20 minutes by foot to the city centre. It was also a quiet area.

Everything was really good! Maybe a little bit too hot in the night, but the ventilator did its best :)
