Prima week in een prachtig stadsdeel op een goede locatie met een paarminpuntjes.

De locatie met prachtig uitzicht

Het ontbreken v.e. lift (vier hoog) De lage entree bij de ingang (hoofdstotertje!) De herrie tot laat in de nacht in de straat echter het appartement.

Pleasant

Comfortable and clean apartment in a very central location in the heart of the old town of Nice. It is within very easy reach of the main attractions in the old town, and there is a picturesque view of a square and a church from the main windows. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. The staff at the reception office were all very friendly and helpful. If you don't mind noise at night, and you are not travelling with elderly relatives, this would be a very good choice. The apartment block also has a small lift which is helpful.

There are steps down into one of the bedrooms and there is no handrail. The main light wasn't working in this particular room either, and as a result, my mother-in-law missed her step and had a nasty fall. We did report this to the reception the following day, and they sent someone round to fix the light, but he didn't come until late that evening, and could not fix it. He said he would return the next morning to complete the repair, but he never did. We managed by putting on the side lamps in the room, but this wasn't ideal and the stairs really do present a hazard. The other main issue was the noise at night - whilst you have to expect noise in the centre of the old town, we didn't realise it would literally last all night until around 4.30- 5.00am! I would recommend earplugs if you are staying here.

Very bad receptionist service and smelly building

close to restaurants and bars, the rating point is only for that.

it's located in old town and cab can't get close to it, we had to walk with luggage for quite a long time, including uphills. There's no related info provided to that on the website for booking, We (two girls, first time in NICE) arrived late, finally walked (about 15 min from where the taxi dropped us, maybe more) to their reception office and got the key as they instructed, then we had to walk again to the room, which took maybe another 15 min for us, as we had to go thru small lanes with all luggage and full of ppl out of restaurants/bars on both sides of the lanes before we hit the uphills. We thought alright, it's just check-in, no info for us could be understandable. So one day before our leave, we went to ask them if they could help carry our luggage down and call a taxi for us. The receptionists (two boys) were asking for our leaving time and tried to see if they could help, but then they got stopped right away by the manager, who immediately turned us down without even listening to our request and offer (we would like to an extra service fee for that). She just kept on saying - we don't give that service, period. Have to say this is my FISRT time ever having this LOW level of service or management with such a BAD attitude. NEVER GONNA GO BACK AGAIN. also - the building stinks from probably the old piping system...

Beautiful French apartment

Location was fantastic for the old town and promenade. Beds were very comfortable. Apartment was very clean. Very easy to locate on 1st night and get the key etc. Office also had a facility for leaving luggage on the last day at no extra charge.

DO NOT RECOMMEND

The only likeable thing about this property was the location.

Everything else. The toilet seat and the holder in the shower was broken. It was so dirty, everywhere was dirt and dust and on the balcony the cigarettes from the people before. I have a house dust mite allergy and my eyes were red. The bed was small and so uncomfortable. The service was not there at all. No accommodation. I really recommend to avoid this place.

Disappointing stay

Our apartment was situated on a hill in old town nice. we didn’t know at the time of the booking that the apartment cannot be reach by car and to get there is uphill with a-lot of steps. That turned out to be a big challenge for us upon arrival as we had 4 pieces of large luggage. it would have been helpful if this information was included on the bookings ad for the apartment. furthermore the apartment looked nothing like any of the pictures on bookings. we arrived late at night, we had to go find the keys at a different location and then go look for the apartment (which was not well described and no clear markings to identify the place.) the hallway once inside the main gate was completely dark and struggled to our apartment in the dark. the pictures at the time of booking was completely misrepresentative of the apartment and was not what we expected at all. upon our arrival there we no instructions on the use of the wifi or tv or anything, we had to figure all out by ourselves. the staff was not very helpful, we asked for extra pillows and towels the day after we arrived and did not receive anything for the 6 days of our stay. they came around once on our second last day, but we were still sleeping, we asked them to come back in a couple of hours, they never did. so for our full stay we had 1 pair of towels and bedding. would never stay with this company again.

Would definitely stay in these apartments again...amazing location. Wish we could've stayed longer!

Location in Old Town Nice was awesome. Highly recommend staying in Old Town if you can.

Once we were given the keys finding the apartments was a bit tricky...could have used some extra help with directions.

apart from the location I would not recommend this flat

location was very good

old furniture and stained cups and dishes. The sink in the bathroom had poor drainage system. It’s not the flat which is shown in the photos, apparently they rent 50 flats randomly and the only option to choose was to go through their own website.

Loved our little home in Nice and can’t wait to stay again!

The location is phenomenal! Right on Cours Seleya and moments from the beach. Within the old city with easy access to other areas such as the port, Garibaldi, Place Messena + train and tram stops. There is plenty of space in the apartment. A living area, small but well equipped kitchen and a separate bedroom across the terrace. The terrace has room for 2 chairs and a small table, and views across to the sea. a great place to sit and watch the comings and goings of Cours Seleya. Morning visits to the market provided our food when we needed some down time, but also plenty of little supermarkets scattered throughout the town. We stayed for 12 days and filled our time (and stomachs!) easily. Contact with property managers via email was excellent and between arrival and checkout we knew they were literally just around the corner if we needed them for anything.

With the location of this apartment, noise is pretty much a constant. we got used to it, but if you are a light sleeper it might be a bit much. Also, not a big deal for is, but there are lots of steps to reach the apartment! No steps, no view though!

We loved our stay in Nice

Very nice style of the interior, great location and terrasse with sea view. Clean and well equipped kitchen etc.

We hadn’t expected the two separate entries from the terrasse to the bedroom and the living room with the kitchen, respectively. No problem at all for us, but maybe less nice on a rainy day. You must expect to hear city and restaurant life ‘noise’ in the evening :-)

Great old town location

Great location and very well managed apartment, super clean and very helpful and friendly service Ideal and good value for money for the 4 of us in 4 bedrooms but the lounge and balcony would be cramped if occupied by more people. Very good bathrooms, but be aware that only 2 bedrooms have natural light.
