Прекрасный отель, вполне достойный внимания.

Территория отеля большая и красивая. Ресторан с приятными ценами и очень вкусными блюдами. Сама комната тоже понравилась - удобные матрас и подушка, есть все необходимые мелочи. Интернет хороший - для работы было достаточно. В отеле очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Многие пишут относительно завтрака - да, мясное блюдо только одно. Но и разница в цене в комнате с завтраком и без завтрака - 250песо/день. Соответственно, завтрак для каждого стоит 125 песо. А для такой стоимости завтрак там шикарный. Поэтому мы искренне не поняли всеобщего недовольства.

Пляж на территории не убирается совсем - куча водорослей и он не пригоден для купания. Полотенца были изрядно изношены - их бы давно поменять. В первый день в комнате был очень пыльный пол - видимо, поубирали давно и никто там не жил. Холодильник не охлаждал. Включен был на максимум, но просто поддерживал прохладную температуру, совершенно не охлаждая. Также нам нужен был поздний выезд - предложили доплатить 1500песо. Мы согласились, но позже сказали, что это только до 5 вечера, а до 9 нужно было заплатить за всю ночь. Тут бы я с пониманием отнеслась к правилам, если отель был бы заселен, но он был полу-пустой и я думаю, что вполне можно было сойтись на 1500песо. В итоге, мы выехали вовремя и за 1200 сняли другой отель около аэропорта. И нам дополнительный переезд, и отель потерял те же 1500. Но, это их выбор.

member of staff May refusing to take a pre-booked payment from booking.com although it said it would take full payment before arrival, Costa Palawan said they tried several times to get the money through booking.com. this was very inconvenient as we had to move money around. Shower also did not have hot water for two days. also if you book a pool access room, the staff do not have a way/or do not try to stop people accessing your balcony pool access steps so it’s pointless paying more for pool access room.

The Staff in the Hotel itself was really really nice and friendly. Also the bed was super comfortable and they provided a free airport shuttle.

We didn‘t have warm wather and it seemed like the problem was already known but no one did anything… The bathroom really needs some maintainance. But the main thing we didn‘t like was the restaurant; The waiters (except for one lady) were super slow, not really friendly and always so confused when we ordered something. Half of the menu wasn‘t available so I recommend to you that you say that in the beginning when you distribute the menues, or just mark it there. We ordered appetizers twice, but they alway arrived with the main meal (plus super late)

Superb

Although a little far away from the town of Puerto Princesa, the hotel is located just at the beach (beach not so good for swimming). The scenic views afforded are great. The rooms were well done up, clean and large enough. Very courteous and helpful staff. The pool, restaurant and the surrounding areas are done up very well and neat.

Ideal location and good room

It's worth paying extra for a pool access room. Resort is also good for giving me the best room.

It would be nice if thw owner has a budget for maintenance. It would be sad to see the place deteriorate. It's normal wear and tear but a basic regular maintenance does go a long way in the upkeep of resort

all i can say i will never stay there again

room is big and comfortable

fitness centre no treadmill working and no aircon. no wifi in our room. no international tv stations. difficult to get public transport to town

Spacious Resort

The resort is big. Room is spacious. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. Massage was extraordinary.

No wifi connection in our room at all. Food at the restaurant was okay. Not much western breakfast choice. Two complimentary 330ml bottled water in the room, have to pay ₱50 per bottle if you ask for more. Located at the beach but you can’t really walk to and swim at the beach.

It was an Experience that I will not want to have again

misleading information about the amenities staff was not friendly….. they are friendly on the day that you are departing ! Equipment not working properly Bad smell in the room Spider webs in the shower -not cleaned properly Guest goes in the wrong area the doors are closed so that staff will not have to give directions to a certain area. Seems like the staff is there to socialize instead of accommodating the guest Poor Management of the property !!

Better The Next Time Around

The room was very spacious. & the air conditioning was great.

The bathroom need's to be updated. The fixtures were rather old & rusted. The breakfast was ok. but I did not like the fact that pancakes & french toast were offered, but only chocolate syrup was available.

The best part of our stay was the staff. They are extremely nice, polite, friendly and respectful. They made all the difference for our happy stay

Very Sad place.. Don't Waist your money here

You know, I just can't thank of a thing that I really liked about this place. If I had to chose 1 thing that I liked it would have to be the aircon.

Everything, the food the Beach, the staff the front desk,, she tried to charge me 2 times for the stay,, the girl there could not even read a receipt. I showed her my payment and she still couldn't get it.. this place was terrible.. the Guy that came to get my bags looked the room over before we left and told the girl at the frond desk everything was good and she still wanted him to go look again, he told her it was good everything was there.. this was a place I would not tell anyone to stay at. I will never go there again.

I wouldn’t go to Costa again due to horrible experience with the service

from office staff was nice and friendly and pool was nice.

location was ok, dinner restaurant staff was horrible. we had to flag down staff every time we needed something. we ordered a club sandwich and a Caesar salad. when we got order the Caesar was missing the dressing and the sandwich was the most horrible club sandwich I’ve ever had. there was 4 layers of bread and very little topping as in very minimal!! staff were sitting around talking amongst each and not attending to guest needs. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! we also received a charge upon checkout from the front desk that came from the restaurant for 960php which was dated on 6-11-2022 when we checked in on 6-12-2022 which didn’t make any sense. because we always paid cash every time we went to the dinner restaurant and the dates didn’t even add up. long story short they wouldn’t let us leave till they figured it out while our service van was waiting for us.
