If you're looking for a chill and private getaway, the Panorama Hotel is the one for you. It has 8 amazing rooms and a beautiful little pool area. The property offers 2 different restaurants with amazing beach and sunset views. Jeppy and the Girls from the front desk are absolutely amazing and made sure stay was perfect.

We had an amazing time at the resort!
Staff was super friendly and helpful, super clean rooms every day, comfy bed, really can't find anything negative about this place. The breakfast was so tasty, and the view of the restaurant was breathtaking.
Will definitely visit again if I'm back in El Nido.
I can't think of anything negative about this place.
Maybe some parts of the room need touch up fixes but everything worked, it was just cosmetic.

Staff very nice and rooms great. We had some transport issues from Manila and the hotel was very accommodating and flexible.

The accommodation, staff and the host atmosphere were perfect

Views and Friendly staff
The rain! Lol :)

Beautiful hut, amazing sunset views and serene location. Even though a little out of central el nido it provided peace and quiet, and wasn’t even that far out (very cheap trike). The amenities and touches were wonderful and we absolutely loved it, especially our welcome necklace! Vibey fun beach bar.
Smelt a bit of sewage but wasn’t too overbearing

Amazing hotel and amazing staff! Will Definitely recommend to anyone coming to el nido

The facilities are very nice... only 8 bedrooms, nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly.
If you have problems with frogs making noises during the entire night, please avoid this hotel.
The shower lacks pressure.
The internet is quite slow.

The resort is amazing…clean, relaxing and secluded. Sunset views best in El Nido.
nothing. everything was perfect.

The restaurant and the sunset bar offered the best food and scenario in Corong Corong. The room was nice and cozy and the staff was really nice (especially the maitre, Jeppy)
The bathroom could have been cleaner (e.g. sink, shower and mat). There have been issues with water (sometimes came brown). The see in front of the sunset is not the best to swim.
4.5
great location close to El Nido town and also Vanilla Beach with lots of options for food and drinks. amazing sunsets with a great music and overall ambiance at the Panorama Beach club.
no happy hour

beautiful location, amazing staff, the restaurants was also a great place to hang out!
Mosquitoes. That’s really the only downside.

- The design of the property and the detail is good, simple and very nice concept. The concept of the hotel and restaurant/ bar is excellent very nice detail and wood decoration
- The property does have a relaxing feel, but the really unfortunate and really disappointing is the smell in the air everywhere at the property, especially the bathroom and the brown water coming from the taps is really disappointing and disgusting.
- We stayed in room 8 very nice simple concept room, nice design but this was ruined by the smell of raw sewage, poor water quality and poor hygiene of the bathroom which made the whole room stink.
- The restaurant and downstairs bar was great especially in the evenings for sunset and reasonably priced by western standards but expensive for El Nido.
- The locally employed staff are VERY VERY nice, knowledgeable and extremely helpful but covering up all the problems for the management. The Management no where to be seen and hide away.
- The smell of raw sewage, poor air quality made me and my partner very unwell for 2 days, one of our 3 days we spent in bed and hugging the toilet. We were very careful not to contaminate the dirty water with things and still got sick, the pollution in the air most likely the cause.
- Expensive stay for the many environmental issues we encountered with the airborne and water sewage problem

the design is astonishing, very good breakfast with fresh juices, very friendly staff (but they need to improve their service and English skills). The view is absolutely fantastic, we had the chance to see the most beautiful sunsets we’ve ever seen! oh and the cleaning of the room was exceptionally precise and with much effort (they even folded our clothes).
the smell near the pool area was bad and there were a lot of animals like roosters and dogs that made a lot of noise in the night and in the early morning so we had trouble getting a good night sleep

We loved the visibility, the peace and quiet there
I personally had an upset stomach there and I didn't stop throwing up all day. I threw up 8 times there, a less pleasant experience. You have to be careful not to drink water there, and in my opinion, not to drink from the bar and food in general. It's better not to eat there.
1.0
the sunset view is beautiful
It is dirty: bathroom sink was not clean at all, full of dirt that water could not run through
no clean water in the bathroom, the water was brown all the time
toilet flush did not work
there was a cockroach in the room
internet is bad, now and again no toilet
service is slow
breakfast is limited and some of the item not available, it took 40 minutes for breakfast to be served
over priced island hopping ( they double the price compared to all other agents on the island)
tuktuk is also priced double if you book through hotel
4.5
the design, the location right on the beach, the music at sunset
no Wi-Fi, no reception at all for the whole stay, problem sometime with hot water
2.5
absolutely incredible design and good set up for sunset with a dj too but unfortunately that’s where it finished apart from one of the ladies getting us a couple of things when we were sick
* Weird hispanic clique vibes - make everyone feel welcome not just your friends!
* Hotel tried to rip us off twice for taxis - this really reflects badly on a hotel doing this and also having a tip box at a luxury resort! hell no! pay your staff properly and they won’t need that
* Nuisance neighbours holding karaoke party and no one tried to stop them.
* Staff not that friendly/helpful - we asked to reserve a spot for sunset and we’re told it was no problem only to find it was taken when we arrived. (it seemed to be by some owners friends - not cool!)
* Generally overpriced for what you get - style over substance
* Overall bad vibe
* No extras for honeymoon OR birthday
* Smell of sewage near pool and yellow water from taps (invest in a water filter for a luxury place this is basic.
* No internet for pretty much all days!
breakfast was so bad! we heard lots of other guests complaining too. in this part of the world and at this price as well juice should be FRESH! especially as it says it not out of a carton! you shouldn’t be limited as well to what you have especially when certain options aren’t available. during our time In the P we stayed at hotels a fraction of the price and their breakfasts were 100x better - it just felt like money grabbing rather than care.

Staff at reception were fantastic and tried to help every way they could!
No wifi in the hotel rooms and wifi by the pool was very poor.
Had to pay for food on check out that we did not eat. Be careful with the tab system in the restaurant.

We were there a total of 9 nights and the experience we had here we have never experienced before. At a rate of over 200$ a night, this place is definitely NOT worth the price!
Positive aspects:
- The employees were very kind, were however forced to make up for the management's mistakes.
-The room service was great.
-The food was okay, but not really worth the price.
The room is nice and has lots of storage space.
Negative aspects:
- The breakfast menu is short with only 5 items and no prices stated, nor can you see if the service charge is included or not. Each day you get to choose only one item per person, which no one tells you and it isn't stated anywhere. For some odd reason, 3 meals for 2 people were included one day, but the next day we were charged for the third (a price that isn't written anywhere, you're just forced to believe that that's the price and a high one at that!!)
-Sometimes you pay a service fee of 10% and sometimes not. No one could explain to us why or when they charge you for it.
-The hotel's restaurant was proudly shown to us upon arrival. Howewever, when we wanted to go for dinner (which we inquired about and the staff said it would open at 7pm) it was closed. No one, neither the staff nor reception could tell us when or if the restaurant would be open.
-Supposedly it had a soft opening (something we found out 5 days later from the dive shop next door). The hotel's website didn't mention anything nor the staff. Why wouldn't anyone speak of this? But the room rates were the opposite of a soft opening, so probably that's why no one openly spoke of it.
-When signing the receipts after dinner or drinks, it is a handwritten receipt without any prices, meaning they could add an arbitrary amount after signing. You had no way of controlling that.
-There seems to be a new resort coming next door, where the construction started at 07:30am. Even on Christmas!
-Furthermore, there was no wifi for our entire stay. The main line had been cut. Sure, not per se the hotel's fault but no solution was offered. Even the reception needed to be seated by the pool to use the neighbor's wifi!
Since we had a lot of issues with the hotel, we had to contact Booking.com, as we refused to accept this as the customers staying there the longest and paying over 200$ a night!

We stayed for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon. There are a total of 8 cabins and a beautiful restaurant located on the sea. There were many parties at the restaurant - good atmosphere.
The place is beautiful and the staff is very kind!
Unfortunately not worth the price at all..
The rooms are full of bugs like flying ants, the water in the sink and shower is yellow...
There is no option to call to the reception, you have to go there for everything like towels and toilet paper.
Breakfast you chosen from a menu. The meal is small and poor.. It takes a long long time for the food to arrive. The employees are very kind but make a lot of mistakes in the orders..
There is a TV in the room but no channels at all, the kettle did not work.
Lots of noise from outside.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The vibe, the beachfront, the staff, the views, the food, everything was exceptional and I would stay here again!
There was a septic tank leak that made the rooms smell and caused the water to be yellow so I didn’t want to use the water to brush my teeth but it didn’t bother me since I was so in love with everything else!
4.5
The design of the resort, the rooms! Everything is sooo nice..and the staff was very friendly and helpful
The pool wasn't clean enough and there was no wifi most of the time due to weather condition

- Price- Performance- Ratio - 200€plus/Night are comparable to Barcelona, Frankfurt, Paris. If you do so and I book, you should deliver like in these cities.
- WIFI was not available over our whole(!!) stay. We needed to work in parallel and we’re not able to. Means we could not stay and enjoy the accommodation at all and go to any restaurants in the city. Other hotels give you prepaid Wifi.
- Due to appointments in the city we wanted to extend for one night. Even if we did not have WIFI the CEO itself offer us 40% more(!!) per night as we paid before.
The hotel is beautiful but not a place to work. The PP-Ratio is definitely to high and management made no compromise (yet). These days WIFI has same value as a bed..

Panorama exceeded all our expectations in terms of facilities, room and staff!
Rooms were spacious and cosy. I loved the decor, all the nice small details and the modern vibe of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, pool area was like heaven, sunset bar with beds was amazing!
We stayed here just when the airport lockdown was announced and the staff went above and beyond to help us sort out the new flight tickets and fix everything for us hassle-free. Thank you so much, this was an exceptional experience!
