Great stay in a fantastic location at the fabulous city of Vianden.

The location and the kindness from personnel. This is really a feel home hotel!

Thought we like it a lot, we would like to see like a minifridge on the room. ( we had the family room) And the beds could have an upgrade.

A Charming Hotel

The hotel is very quaint in a quaint village. Exactly what we were looking for. Our room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good and plenty of food. The room did not have a coffee maker/kettle but we were able to get coffee from downstairs. They were also able to provide ice upon request. The hotel is located close to Vianden Castle and is walkable though a bit uphill to get there.

L'hôtel est très bien situé

Accueil désagréable, j'ai prévenu que nous venions en voiture et aucune mention que le parking de l'hôtel est payant (18€/nuit!). L'hôtel est très mal isolé, on entend tout des chambres voisines.

All in all a great stay both in terms of facilities, location and staff.

Beautiful property on a great location. Nice option to park in the back (for a cost, which makes sense considering the location) and great general facilities. Breakfast is worth it, the bar is superb. The room was clean and very comfortable.

For us the only downside was the layout of the shower; it is hardly possible to shower together, and if you are built big it is neigh on impossible to turn whilst under the shower.

Fajny obiekt, piękny taras, pokój z balkonem, czysto, duża łazienka, przyjaźni właściciele, wspaniała lokalizacja w samym centrum..

Zarezerwowałam pokój z balkonem bo palę papierosy, ale na balkonie też jest zakaz palenia. Był problem z porozumieniem się w recepcji - brak obsługi w języku niemieckim..

Nice Hotel but lacking atmosphere

Nice central position in Vianden. Secure parking in the garage for my Motorcycle

Although Bar was listed in Hotel facilities we were disappointed to find out that the Hotel including the bar closed at 8pm. Drinks were available if you planned ahead and ordered them to take to your room, but we would have preferred mixing and socialising with other guests.

Lovely place to stay

Room was very clean, daily refresh which was nice to come back to, nice little balcony with table and chairs. Shower was amazing. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Building is beautiful. The hotel is half way up a hill and streets cobbled. Great base for visiting Belgium and Germany. Vianden is beautiful and the views around the town are amazing. Lovely restaurants, we ate somewhere different every night. The buses and trains in Luxembourg are free for everyone to use, we travelled to Luxembourg City this way, all transport spotlessly clean and easy to use.

Car park is very small, only 6 or 7 spaces maybe. Book a parking space when you book a room. Local car park has max stay of 3 hours. We parked daily free at edge of town but a good 10 minute walk away

absolutely loved it!

we loved the location, the beautiful flowers and landscaping and the rooms were ideal for 3 people! the staff were fantastic particularly Christina she was so friendly and helpful

our room was on street side which could be noisy but not unexpected for small town Europe hotel

Exceptional

Great cosy hotel, family run. Highly recommended by a good friend. Great for bikers, drying room available and unfortunately had to use it. Rooms very clean and spacious. Good breakfast. Very very affordable for this highly rated hotel. Wouldn't even bother looking for another hotel in the area. Pubs in Vianden are very good and a few nice restaurants.

Very nice and charming hotel! Our room was modern and spotless clean! The owners were very friendly, the staff speak multiple languages, breakfast was served on tables and was tasty. Reserving parking at the hotel is highly recommended, it is right downtown and public parking is further away, only a few lots and was always full.

A lovely hotel in a perfect location.

A very warm and welcoming hotel in an excellent location. The staff were all very friendly and spoke multiple languages. The interconnecting family room was ideal for our family of 4. The breakfast was plentiful.

Lovely, family-run hotel, plan to stay again next year.

A very pleasant stay (again) at the most comfortable and welcoming hotel in Vianden. Room, breakfast, location all perfect.

Nothing we didn't like, apart from leaving in the rain (we are bikers).

Heintz Hotel was beautiful and our room was very comfortable. The staff was very attentive to our needs. We really enjoyed our stay there and will go back to the hotel if we have the opportunity to return to Vianden.

Lovely town. Good food options nearby. Nice walk up to the castle and viewpoint up above it. Room was fairly basic but worked well for our stopover.

Parking only available a long way away from the hotel unless pre-booked and paid for at the hotel.

Friendly, quiet and perfectly located

Hotel Heintz is a very friendly family run hotel and perfectly located in the centre of Vianden. We had a room with a balcony on a higher floor overlooking the pretty garden, natural greenery and the old city wall. The balcony was covered in beautiful smelling wisteria. It was very peaceful and quiet sitting on the balcony enjoying the late afternoon sun. The room was simply furnished but spotlessly clean. The bathroom was small but well laid out. The breakfasts were taken in a very cozy room. There was no shortage of refills at breakfast. The staff were very helpful with advice of where to spend your day and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. There is limited parking in the hotel grounds, it cost EUR15 per day, but this was totally worth it as parking on the street in Vianden was terrible. We reserved our parking space when we booked our room to guarantee our spot.

Absolutely nothing. It is a perfect location when visiting Vianden. A truly wonderful and friendly hotel.
