Fint hotell og barna kosa seg.

Fin badepark og beliggenhet, god frokost

Badeparken skulle vert inkludert i prisen for hotellets gjester. Sengen på rommet var utrolig myk så var ikke god å ligge i. Middags buffeten kunne vert billigere

Noen tanker om inneklimaet.

Imøtekommende personale, buffetene og badeland.

Inneklimaet med kjemikalier i lufta. Hjemme bruker jeg ikke rengjøring på sprayflaske, da vi puster inn dråpene som spayes. Det blir en høy pris å betale for å ha det rent, særlig for små lunger og luftveier. Er dette noe dere vil vurdere å gjøre på en mer menneske- og miljøvennlig måte?

Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit

Es war wie auch bei vorherigen Besuchen sehr gut. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig mit warmen Speisen (Rührei, Baked Beans, Porridge) und selbstverständlich auch mit verschiedenen Broten, Milchauswahl etc.

Aangenaam en fris hotel, heerlijk ontbijt.

ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en lekker. Voor iedereen wat. rekening gehouden met allergieën, genoeg alternatieven voor brood. Hotel is veel mooier aan de binnenkant dan de buitenkant doet vermoeden. Heel gezellige ontbijtruimte. Kamer was ruim en netjes. Misschien wat weinig stopcontacten voor alle multimedia, maar dat is een detail. Prima voor 1 of 2 nachten.

Excellent breakfast otherwise not enough value for the money.

Very good breakfast, a lot to choose from.

It needs renovation. The hole building and swimming pool area, everything needs a fresh up. The poolarea access should be free/included in the hotell price otherwise it’s a little bit overpaid.

Good personal and breakfast. Nice location.

Hotel was like an old ferry-reseption looks nice,but everything else old,used,smells bad. Kid's playing room boring,old and sticky. Most rooms "with sea view" are with halft view of big black surface of roof :D

Mediterranean pizza, blue drinks for kids were popular. The pool was an obvious drawcard.

Breakfast was a great surprise, several options, for all tastes. Staff was clearly helpful and kind at all times. There were activities for kids. Comfy cot for the baby.

Rooms didnt have a phone to reach out reception/restaurant - as a kids-friendly hotel, it's not always easy to reach out without a phone. Bed was comfy but noisy. Would suggest the hotel to offer a drawing kit or something nice to the kids as they are main reason why we choose that hotel.

Unacceptable cleaning

Badeland direct in the Hotel

We stayed for 5 nights in two rooms , one grown up and one child in each room. The hotel had made rules “ because of Covid « not cleaning the rooms before we would leave.. Dirty towels piled up in the bathroom, garbage on the floor and In the garbage container startet smelling ,not enough toilet paper. The cleaners were extremely rude and negative to do anything while we were there. After insisting to speak to the manager, Elin their manager reacted very professional and our rooms were cleaned that day. After contacting the cleaner the next day, one room was cleaned again, not the second room. We had to pay the full price for 5 nights without getting the promised service. If we had been informed about their new cleaning policy,we would not have stayed in that hotel.
