Bad service

It states 24/7 roomservice. When you call no one picks up the phone. When you try reception, they ask you to continue trying or coming down to reception. After multiple tries, no one answered and I went down to reception and they told me the kitchen is closed.. this while the digital menu clearly shows the food options and states 24/7..

Excelente, limpio, con piscina y sauna, muy recomendable

El servicio de piscina, sauna fue excelente, puedes utilizar todos los servicios sin costo extra y a la hora que quieras. El desayuno muy completo tienes muchas cosas para elegir, rico, limpio, muy recomendable.

El room service puede mejorar ya que ofrecian muy pocos platos.

Everything. Starting with the indoor pool that was heated and not chlorinated (but with salt), jacuzzi heated at 40°C nice even if is cold outside, sauna was good and also the salt room. Breakfast was good with many options, the room was clean and pretty and not at last the personal which was friendly

Good value for money & great hotel which includes everything you need

- We liked the staff, they were very nice and helpful, they were open to collaborate and to deliver a gift to the room before our arrival, at our request -Good breakfast -Free parking -The bed was very comfortable -A big desk for work or putting things -Pet friendly 😊

The sheets were a little stained, twice they changed them

Great breakfast and facilities.

The room was clean. The pool and saunas were very nice. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of options.

Голям,с много ектрси,разнообразна закуска

Въпреки,че е обявено, че приемат домашни любимци, никъде не е спомената цената на нощувка. Ние уведомихме предварително, и на място ни казват 20 € на нощувка. Ние трима човека нощуваме за по 16 € на човек. При свършен факт на място,си принуден да платиш колкото ти кажат,тъй като и резервацията е предплатена цялата. Всичко друго е ок в хотела. Само да си напишат предварителната такса за домашни любимци на вечер,за да може хората да си пресметнат дали ги устройва.

Okay for a night

I liked the pool area ( even though it needs some refurbishing) and the staff was really nice ( especially the foreigners at breakfast - the guy cooking the eggs is so nice and humble and there was also a girl - Im not sure what nationality - she was always willing to help)

The room is outdated. This whole hotel is. It needs some renovating really bad. The romanian staff at breakfast were oh well romanians cant even compare them to the foreigners working there. The girls at the reception were pretty rude and just did not have a “ likeable” feature to them. The room was outdated and felt really old The breakfast itself was horrible. Omg everything tasted so bad( only thing I could eat was a sandwich and the omelette that the guy made for me) - tell me why the bacon is supposed to be fried but instead it looks boiled cmon guys - the ham/cheese tasted horrible, the sausages were bad. Uh it is better to go have a nice brunch somewhwre outside

Unforgetable getaway

I liked that the room was very clean, comfortable bed,. Breakfast very very good, staff is impecable and i really loved the outdoor hot jacuzzi. Also, a big indoor warm swimming pool and 3 different sauna's.

The bathroom is a little small but it works.

Locatia, serviciile oferite, personalul. Totul a fost perfect!

Verificarea halatelor de baie si a prosoapelor din dotare. Cele cu rupturi ar trebui cusute sau inlocuite.

Egy tökéletes hosszú hétvége

A Tiszta szobák, kedves személyzet, a hólban nagy tágas terek, étterem, SPA, stb. mind hozzájárulnak hogy az ott megszálló kényelmesen érezze magát, kikapcsolódjon. Nagyjából minden meg van egy helyen. A szálloda elhelyezkedése is nagyon jó, a Hărăstrău park, Diadalív, Casa presei, Romexpo mind pár perc sétával elérhetőek.

Очень рады, что провели несколько дней отпуска в этом отеле.

Большая парковка. Прекрасные бассейны и джакузи с подогревом на улице, особенно приятно в холодное время года. На завтрак достаточно неплохой выбор блюд. Хороший размер номера, большой стол, чайник, В ванной фен. В шкафу гладильная доска и утюг, достаточное количество вешалок.

Один халат в номере, при этом две пары тапочек. В первый раз подумали, это недоразумение. Но при продлении проживания и переезде в другой номер обнаружили, что там тоже только один халат. В отеле с прекрасными бассейнами просто необходимо иметь в наличии халаты по количеству проживающих. Некоторые элементы начинают устаревать, необходимо следить и поддерживать уровень.

Great option for spa lovers

Extremely friendly stuff, great spa and a swimming pool, comfy beds and perfect window blinds.

There was a trash in the room, janitor must have missed it. Other than that everything was good.

A pampering hotel, it has everything, not in the city center, but for those who want to go out to the attractions, it is better to be in this hotel, that way you don't get into the traffic jams of the city. There are also 2 pools, free parking, spa, massage. The room has no balconies and is relatively small, but for that, everything is perfect
