Spacious top floor triple room. Elevator available. Daily housekeeping possible. Comfy twin beds. Clean room. Location very convenient for events in nearby Brigadiru Palace. Quiet residential neighborhood just south of Parliament House and city centre. Public transport within 5 minutes walk. Only 2 stops by tram or bus to central Piata Unirii.
Top floor rooms have roof windows mostly without blinds and the beds are right under this. So, light coming in as soon as there's daylight. So, room can't be darkened. You can't sleep in for late mornings or on weekends without eye covers.
Limited space for hanging clothes in the cupboard/closet for 3pp, that has broken/malfunctioning sliding doors (room #502)
Entry to hotel and rooms only with two door codes, that need some getting used to.
Some fixtures in bathroom need fastening or replacement.
Housekeeping enters in the morning without notification.. No possibility to signal 'no disturb'.

I loved the suite. The place was clean, spacious, and genuinely nice to relax in after a long day at work. The shower heated up quickly and was warm for the duration of the session with no variation in heat. The bedroom was quiet with nice blinds to stop anyone from looking in, even though the first-floor room is about two meters above street level. The heating was good to keep the place warm despite cold temperatures outside. The reception was kind and made it very easy to pay the city tax and left the invoice in my suite as I had to head off to work. The usage of codes instead of badges made the hotel access much easier instead of having to be there during opening hours on the first night, as I had to work very late.
The Wi-Fi signal was not amazing, I was using the "casa" SSID. Although the welcome guide mentioned that another SSID was available, the advertised password did not work. There are ethernet ports in the bedroom, the location can investigate using small APs powered over PoE to provide internet to the individual suites?

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and in a great location in Bucharest. The check-in process was very straightforward compared to other experiences I've had in Romania. There were enough rooms for our large group. The staff person was very helpful via WhatsApp messages.
The staff person that I interacted with in person seemed upset about our group size. It seemed like I was bothering her when I had questions about the internet. It was very hot (35 degrees) and some of the air conditioners leaked when we had them on at night. On the third night of our stay, the staff removed the air conditioner controls from our rooms without explanation.

Very clean and large rooms

easily reachable location after a concert at the national arena. Only slept there and then back on the road.
roof room with windows only on the roof which cannot be opened for fresh air to come in. staff was helpful
4.3
Large and clean rooms. The breakfast is ok.
Though not too far from the city center, it is close to a neighborhood that is better to be avoided at night. Staff at the entrance was not so nice.
4.3
Very clean, quite comfortable.
Location was good and they had the possibility to wash and dry your clothes for a fee.
Communication was a bit lacking.
I washed and dried my clothes at their place, and it took forever. They stated they are still not dry. At one point I asked for them anyway, as I had to leave and the clothes felt like they've been dry for a while.
The water in the shower wasn't draining properly.

Staff & location ( Close to the Parliament, Fountains & Old City, we walked and did not touch the car during our stay). The re a 2 good reataurants nearby)
There were 4-5 homeless dogs outside the hotel which were realy hostile/agressive
4.3
Perfect location- quiet street, yet close to city center. Perfect facilities. Clean.
It exceeded our expectations!
The only shortage was of providing a baby cot.
4.3
Placed in a quiet area
Everything was very good
4.3
The room was big and cozy, clean and the beds very comfortable even the sofabed! Was easy to find the location of the hotel and speak with the stuff! There is a lot of free parking area just in front of the hotel.
The neighborhood didn't give us the feeling that's very safe even if the police was around there
4.3
Absolutely adequate and sufficient communication of personnel. Renovated rooms and hotel areas. Very good location in terms of transport and basic travel needs (shopping, street food, restaurants and walking access to the city centre).
I like digital room access system that add flexibility and makes formal check-in/check-out unnecessary.
Rest room is clean and new but smelly, it is hard to find the breakfast place without an assistance of personnel, but these issues are quite minor.
4.3
Great service. Very friendly and polite stuff. Large apartments equipped with everything. Large and comfy beds. Clean rooms.
The breakfast was good.
The bathroom is not well constructed as the water from the shower makes all the bathroom wet. There is no curtain.
4.3
Room has enough space
It was the worst accomodation I have experienced. Hotel management is not good at solving problem and does not help. I never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room is big and has even a kitchen.very nice room and comfartable
4.3
very good quiet location. also very comfortable location near to everything you might need
the place is modern and nice BUT
the cleaning staff use a lot of chemicals that emit strong smell all the first night and since the room has NOT windows was very hard to sleep
4.3
It was all good. Nice place

The apartment that I had booked looked like in the photos from Booking, it was clean and nicely decorated.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, I had to change my reservation several times (changed the room type and then also the number of guests) and every time I clarified the situation fast and easy with the host.
The TV was not working during our stay and there were no sheets for the 3rd person that was supposed to sleep on the sofa (we were given some after we got in touch with the host), but I believe that these were just corner cases and they did not cause us a big inconvenience.
Overall this hotel is a good value for money!

We got a great room with a double bed, a big kitchen and bathroom, equiped with everything we needed. There was also a lot of storage space. I also loved seeing their cat in the morning.
There’s nothing I didn’t like.
