Location and the size of the room.

Breakfast was boring, with no greens. Also no baken eggs, The bread was not good, except for the toasts. The sweets were not fresh every day.

Very good conditions, I recommend!

Good location, close to bus stops, very clean, big bed, free parking.

A bit far from the center but there are buses not far from the hotel, a fact assumed when I made the reservation.

A relaxing and enjoyable overnight stop

Hotel: Situated in a quiet part of the Town and easy to locate using GPS Staff: Welcoming and cheerful Room: Large, clean and comfortable Bed: Large and very comfortable Free parking on site or underground garage

Simple, comfortable and relaxing.

The location was good because it was t too far away from the town centre and I was always less than a 20 minute drive from wherever I needed to go to. There was a free coffee machine that was accessible 24/7 as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even helping to book taxis for me as well. My room had a balcony that looked out onto the main road and my room also came with a mini fridge, that I used to store some drinks.

To be perfectly honest there wasn't anything that I really disliked but I'm just adding some improvement points: There wasn't an iron to iron my clothes. There wasn't too much variety in the breakfast. There wasn't an extractor fan in my bathroom and if there was I couldn't locate it.

Perfect to visit Bon Jesus without being in the mountain

Very spacious family rooms Air-con worked really well,Water pressure was very good There is a coffee,breakfast place just opposite the hotel There are 2 Portuguese restaurants 2 min walk Receptionist was really helpfull

There was a mini fridge in the room that seemed on but was not cold at all

I just have to thank for the experience.

Everything was perfect. The place, the staff, the bedroom, the breakfast... Everybody was very nice to my dog.

It would be better if there were a swimming pool, but I knew that there wasn´t when I booked, so that's ok.
