Ruhig und erholsam

Het hotel mag stilaan aan een renovatie beginnen denken.

De overnachting, het slapen na 10 uren rijden over de Brenner en de Italiaanse wegen.

Niets, we waren blij om een rustige maaltijd en een slaapplaats te hebben.

Het personeel en de mooie kamer met uitzicht

De kamer zag er mooi uit maar niet goed schoon. Vloerbedekking was vies en niet goed schoon gemaakt. In de hoeken en randen lag veel stof. In de badkamer stonden lege doosjes . Wij zijn hier meerdere keren geweest maar nu was de hygiëne een stuk minder

Tolles Hotel mit toller Terrasse !

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber mit tollem Blick in das Tal. Beim Frühstücksbuffet hatte man alles was das Herz begehrt. Werde definitiv wieder kommen, aber diesmal zum Erholen

Es war alles in allem ein erholsamer angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Das Hotel liegt in einer naturnahen Umgebung mit schönem Ausblick. Die Gartenanlage des Hotels ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Trotz einer Straße in der Nähe war es meist ruhig.

Wünschenswert wäre bei der Ausstattung ein kleiner Kühlschrank, gerade im Sommer und ein Wasserkocher sowie ausreichend Parkplätze für Autos. Wenn man später am Abend parken wollte, war es mitunter schwierig einen ausgewiesenen Stellplatz zu finden. Es würde das Ambiente des Hotels verbessern, wenn der teilweise ausgeblichene Teppich im Treppenhaus erneuert werden würde.

Disappointing

Arrival was disappointing. Facilities all closed at 8PM. Room was stuffy. Breakfast: Reception miss-matched me with a group, when I came alone and was already not feeling good about the experience. Breakfast was rushed as they has to set up for wedding. At check our there was no one.

Nice location, but I don't recommend for business travelers - small room, shitty bed

Nice area to sleep over, calm place.

Late check out in the morning (barely managed before 7... and also late breakfast). The receptionist was Impossible to arrange the invoice without breakfast written on it and when I wanted to cancel then the breakfast it was impossible... so at the end I had to pay. I don't recommend for business travelers .

The room was warm and spacious with good shower

The restaurant is now shut on Sundays and we were not told until we arrived. Bit difficult communicating with staff now.

Premium price for a just OK stay

Super friendly staff in a quiet location. Close to nature, you can go for long walks. Easy to park right in front of the hotel. Breakfast buffet with a large selection.

The property starts to look dated. We paid a premium price for an ok room. For the premium price, I expect more, e.g., daily housekeeping, modern rooms, and top-notch facilities. The swimming pool was ok, but the showers need an overhaul. As a hotel at one point you need to make a choice to invest or lower your prices.

Excellent hotel which is worth the extra money!

The room, view and parking were great!

You better search another hotel or at least ask for a room on the firste floor (probably renovated)

Superb

Breakfast was excellent as was the size of the room and the size of the beds. The walk in shower was fabulous and the bathroom was modern and very clean. The view from the balcony was gorgeous.

Tea, coffee and a kettle in the room would have been most welcome after a long journey.

Horrible, I won’t come here ever again and I wouldn’t recommend it to any other human.

Breakfast was fine but nothing special.

Our stay was very bad. The restaurant was closed (without given notice while booking) the bar was closed (without given notice while booking). We couldn’t even get a simple drink or a bottle of wine. We couldn’t buy drinks or snacks for our children. The beds were horrible, not just bad but we didn’t sleep all night. The room was extremely hot, like 35 degrees C +. The crane in the bathroom was broken. We payed for all those facilities so it was one big deception.

Clean, nice wellness centre, nice view and field in front, good shower and decent breakfast. Perfect stop in our journey from France to Austria

Superb

Very calm location, nice scenic view of the meadows and forests around the hotel, large room, very clean, balcony with seating, good breakfast (I would appreciate more vegetables).

Wifi was quite slow the second day. Parking was also a bit complicated the second day (probably the hotel was full). Restaurant closes kitchen at 8 p.m. and there is nothing else opened in the town after this time. No fridge in the room.

ok. good stopover during long trip. with a big garden to stretch the legs. restaurant personnel really nice, especially with kids

the premises are a little outdated, but not to the point of impacting the stay.
