Wonderful location. Quiet and peacefu
Would have loved a kettle for coffee in the room.

The facility was great. pool was lovely and the views were lovely
The location was too far away from Palermo. As we did walk to both Palermo and Mondello we found it was very littered with garbage, but walking to Mondello was much better. We saw a dead rat in the parking lot as well. The taxi to the hotel from the airport was 65 euro and going back was 45 euro. Taxi from Palermo historic centre was 45 euro. Way too much. Buses were intermittent and staff did not know when they came and went.

The view if the apartment was amazing with a ocean and mountain view in thr balcony area.
Since it was an apartment we didn't have daily cleaning service included.

It is across from the water, nice view from balcony, little kitchen in the room complete with utensils, good breakfast, quite area & transport is not a problem.
Pool is not available, the room is a bit smelly, strange buffering sound.

We liked the terrace
No ice machine, you put your room key in machine by the door when entering the room which gave the room power when you leave you take your key with you and it shuts the power off. Therefore turned off the refrigerator and the AC while you are gone, so every time entering the room , room was very hot and Things in the refrigerator warm. Outdoor pool and hot tub we’re only open from 10 AM to 6 PM. The Terrace view was of a big empty lot with some beach Access, full of garbage and abandon vehicles, walked over there and it was disgusting. Our last night there they had an anniversary party that started at 8 PM with very loud music clean up took till 2 AM did not get much sleep.

The room was a good size and the bathroom was very good too.
The receptionist on arrival, Alessio, was not pleasant at all, in fact was very rude. I approach the front desk a few times and his attitude was patronising and dismissive, just rude. Also the breakfast lady was very unfriendly.

The apartment was clean when we arrived, bathroom was nice and modern.
The part that made our stay was how empty the pool area was so made it much more relaxing. As well as the balcony we had with a sea view which lovely to eat on in during meal times and relax on in the evenings.
Pool area was clean.
After spending a month travelling Italy, this was our most expensice apartment (double the price of what we usually pay), yet lacked the amenities all the others had. It didn't include breakfast or cleaning as you had to pay extra. The kitchen itself was small and hard to cook in with not enough equipment, e.g, no chopping knives. It also lacked the basics that other places offered, such as salt, Pepper, oil, washing up liquid and other basics you need to cook. There was no kettle. So we felt we didn't get the value for money we expected.
The location was no in the centre of Mondello, however there is an easy bus in (603).
You also had to pay €200 deposit which wasn't made clear until after we booked the property and when we got there they expected cash, which we didn't have.
We also had to buy swimming caps for the swimming pool which didn't make much sense as does not prevent covid and they aren't waterproof anyway so weren't protective and your hair still got wet. Unsure if this was just a moneymaking scheme?
