Brand new, done with good taste, and very welcoming staff.
Hot water in the shower was quite inconsistent.
And plastic lining on the bad, under the sheets and over the duvet felt awkward. Hotel of such level should be able to find other solutions to save their beds…

We stayed in a premium room with balcony, I loved the interior. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The location was around 10 min walking to nearest shopping places cafes and restaurants but the staff made it easier for us to find shortcuts and taxis.

We recently stayed at the newly opened Intercontinental Ambasciatori hotel that unfortunately felt unprepared for guests. Our first room had several significant problems. The hot water took an agonizing five minutes to heat up, and there were serious drainage issues that caused the shower to flood. Despite three visits from maintenance, the problems remained unresolved. The front desk acknowledged that there were known issues with some rooms, leading us to question why these problematic rooms were being assigned to guests.
Upon expressing our concerns, the hotel staff kindly assigned us to a different room. However, this second room, located at street level, presented another challenge. Opening the blinds was not an option, as people passing by were at eye level with the room windows, compromising our privacy.
To their credit, the hotel ultimately provided us with an upgrade to a third room, and this one was free from any issues. The accommodations were satisfactory, and we experienced no further inconveniences during our stay. The staff members were lovely throughout our interactions and accommodated our request to change rooms.
We understand that new hotels may have teething issues, but considering the price of over 800 euros per night for a 5-star establishment, we had higher expectations. The hot water and drainage problems should have been resolved prior to opening, and more attention should have been given to room allocation, especially when known issues were present.
In conclusion, while the staff were pleasant and responsive, and the third room met our expectations, the initial challenges we faced were disappointing for a hotel of this caliber and price range. We hope that the management addresses these issues promptly to provide a truly exceptional experience for future guests.

The hotel has good location close to the centre of Rome and although it was not relatively close to city attractions it was quite quiet. My room was quite big (by Rome standards) with large and comfortable bed and large and clean bathroom.
The hotel staff ignored my request sent by e-mail to the reception desk to e-mail me a copy of a receipt for my stay, that I forgot to take at check-out, which I find being a sign of ignorance. Now my company will not reimburse me this cost and I will have to cover it from my own income.
Inside my room whilst it was relatively spacious it was always dark because the windows were facing an opposite wall that was very close. It think that this is a feature of all other rooms that are not facing the street.
The hotel is popular with Chinese tourists (saw a big crowd of them) and I was lucky not catching coronavirus being there just before that tragic outbreak in Italy.

excellent location. Friendly professional staff ready to help at any time with a smile. spacious room and bathroom.large windows and balconies provided light and good ventilation. Nice old building decorated in classical style. very nice salon at the lobby area where you can have some quiet moments to read, work or meet someone.
Bakery at breakfast needed a big improvement; large variety but seemed to be backed days before. If you care about light and fresh atmosphere, you have to go to the breakfast early enough to get a table in the terrace or the main area of the restaurant otherwise you are stuck in a sort of an extension that was, for me, too dark for a morning coffee in Rome. I haven't received a reply to an email I sent to the hotel on the day of my departure (5 days ago) regarding my invoice which doesn't seem as professional as the staff seemed to be.
