Location was superb, meals were lovely, staff were friendly, lots of space in the apartment, air conditioning in the rooms was good, pool was excellent.
Beds and pillow were a little hard, it could have used a few more kitchen essentials (oil, salt and pepper, bottle opener).

I love this place. It's is very near to Montefalco and there is a magical view.
Giuseppe and his family are great people always there for you.
Rooms are very clean and comfortable.
Can't wait to come back next summer. See you soon!

I have been here before twice. That is a compliment, to return.
It has become very expensive!!!
In comparison with 2 and 3 years ago, prices have gone up with more than 40%.
It still is an agriturismo, not a luxury hotel, but the price for a room is comparable with that in a (luxury) hotel.
I think that is a pity.
