Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There was a small balcony, too. The welcome was warm and efficient. We received the Saas Pass rapidly and we were offered the possibility to leave our luggage after check-out without even asking.
As a British citizen, I always miss not having a kettle and tea making facilities in the room. However, this is not the norm in Switzerland.

A simply excellent place. Overwhelmingly hospitable personal, a great pub and a restaurant in the same hotel, located just in a center, minutes away from ski lifts, good breakfast, wellness area included. Thanks for an enjoyable weekend.
Sauna was a bit on a cold side for my liking)

The staff were wonderful
The reception is rarely staffed after 5PM

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacey room. Near to the slopes. Breakfast was ok. Cold buffet was very good. Many several dishes.
The noise of the club "Nesti's Bar" is very audible into the night. We did not sleep too well.
We expected more for the warm breakfast buffet.
Only on 1 of our 7 day stay, there was served bacon (no, we were not late). Dim sum was cold (right of of the fridge).

My room was just above a disco and it was impossible to sleep for part of the night

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location, right in the town and near the lifts. Even the single bed room was fairly spacious and comfortable.
The building and the rooms are a bit old fashioned. And there is a weird system, where for each room there is an actual room key and a second 'take away' key, which have to swapped at the entrance, when coming and going.

The staff were genuinely friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was really good and the hotel could be in a better location.
The room was a little small but not to the extent it would have been a problem.

Nicely located hotel in the central part of the village. Basic room, clean and comfortable. Nice view from the window. Very kind and helpful staff.

Would have loved to have access to tea/coffee making facilities after breakfast - either in room or in the breakfast area.
