I would honestly say that the only pro of this property is the location and its proximity to the restaurants, ski busses etc.
This is not a 4 stars hotel under any circumstances. first of all, the staff are very unprepared for absolutely any questions you might have. Except one of the ladies that was at the reception at the time we arrived, all the others that we had dealt with were absolutely lacking the basic customer service skills.
They advertised breakfast to be until 10.30 am, however, when we went at 10 am, we were told it had finished and after I showed the the proof that it says 10.30 their response was that “they weren’t aware of that” also, they were vacuuming whilst people were eating???
The SPA- they claimed they were fully booked for all massages but the rooms were all empty 3 days in a row with no people receiving any treatments.
They do not have room service? A 4 star hotel with no room service apparently but falsely advertised in one of their photos on booking.
The bar service should close at 11 pm, however when we wanted a drink at 10.30 pm and there was no one to serve us, the reception told us that “maybe they decided to close early tonight”
This is beyond absurd and if you expect a nice stay, then I would not recommend this hotel at all. mediocre at best, 3 stars highest.
They advertise to have a games room, yes but you had to pay to play mini pool or darts(which were broken)
the reception had no clue about the link they sent us regarding the Cham pass offer and when I asked them, they told us that, yes you guessed it right- they don’t know

Friendly, convenient location
The facilities were good for their purpose but I didn’t need it like spa, swimming etc which is price for it. Since I didn’t need the cost was high for me. The lights were not fully lid specially corridors. There were pumps at door entrances if not careful one coulis fall badly !!

Pool, Sauna, and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was good and dinner was delicious.
hot tub was too small to accomodate the demand for it while we were there

Staff, location, room and bed were great!
I found the wifi was not reliable. Sometimes I could not connect to use my laptop so had to use my mobile phone as a wifi hotspot.
The room was on the third fool but above the bar which was sometimes noisy.

Tout notamment la piscine et l’emplacement centrale
Un peu de cafouillage au niveau du service

The staff were fantastic and really helpful. The Spa area was nice, and the swimming pool was great at the end of the day to relax some tired muscles. The entry and common areas were cosy, and we even played some billiards.
We found the room to be really dark. It may be that during the winter this makes the rooms cosy, with the dark walls and carpet, but in the summer we had to turn on all the lights and open the curtains to get enough light into the room.

The pool area and hotel bar area were very nice.
The rooms were very dark. And the lights didn’t reach the closet area. I never could see my clothes. The carpet appeared old and dirty.

location was the best! right next to the cable car and the restaurant area could be reached in 10 min walking. the facilities were great, no A/C units though, so in the summer the rooms are hot…
the breakfast. from 1-10 I give it 4. it is very basic, for 3 days there were no fruits. when something runs out, they are not doing a good job repleting the plates…

Swimming pool and facilities were amazing. Breakfast was yummy
The bedrooms on the top floor are small and impractical when you are tall due to the layout. I also sent many messages to try and upgrade the room weeks before our stay and they weren’t very helpful

The hotel is right next to the bus stop. The hotel's interior design is amazing. The view from our room was breathless. There was also an elevator!
No response.

Great location of this classic hotel!
SPA area and breakfast is good. Nice lounge area and bar.
Garage available with direct lift access to the reception/rooms.
Time for renovation / refresh!
Had an ok stay but now its time to renovate. Rooms are ok in size but the standard is past its due date. Bathroom and shower is ok but the rooms are worn. No smart/proper storing / hooks missing so if you're a skiier etc theres really no place to hang up your gear. General areas such as reception, breakfast area and lounge is in better shape.

The hotel has good facilities, the spa was a welcome relief at the end of the day!
Overpriced for very small rooms and not ski-to-door as advertized. Whilst it is 200m from one chairlift - you can't ski from this lift. To ski, you need to catch a very crowded bus (Covid Risk) and wait at the bus stop for quite some time to get there, and return.

The bed was comfortable and room was spacious. The lobby and the bar area is really stylish. Great choice of cocktails. The staff is really friendly and kind.
The breakfast can cost an extra, but I do recommend it! It was really good!
Most of the people were young couples.
The floor in the bathroom looked really cheap and it was cracking. The wall in the toilet was splashed with something. The heating panel was covered in dust.
Unfortunately the room looks better on the picture, in reality it is just a renovated older room.
It is hard to use the jacuzzi, because it is full all the time.

everything
there were people in the spa for a long time which meant we couldn’t use the soa. perhaps when it’s busy limit spa time to ten minutes so everyone can use it. we were very disappointed after hiking fir ten days to not be able to use it at all.
