The room was cosy and pleasent to return to.
there is a couple nice breakfast places nearby.
right next to gare du nord train station so arriving at night from the train was easy.
The bed was uncomfortable due to a sink in the middle.
There was no kettle in the room.
The location was a bit sketchy, the stuff warned us to hold our belongings tight while outside in the evning.

Location
As we were about to check out the elevator did not work and inspite of seeking help from the front desk, they were not willing to give a helping hand and we had to move our suitcases all through the 6 floors through the spiral staircase. Not the best experience by any standard.

Location
Probably the worst hotel I have ever been: pillows smelled like sweat, main room light was not working, sink was not draining water properly, one of the wall plugs was dangerous as it was coming out of the wall when unplugging, hair drier not working, soap missing in the shower (we told the staff but they put it only on the last day), shower was missing half of the door, elevator didn't work for half of the stay

location is okay when you are arriving late night at Gare du Nord.
room was very hot. shower very small, bed very low. also as it is an old building you could hear all night long if someone is using their shower or flushing the toilet

Price & location
The rooms really need some maintenance and a good clean.

It was just in from of the Gare du Nord so we were able to move everywhere.
the noise die to the traffic and to the people having fights all the time in the street

I’d like the location of the hotel. And the shops around the area. It was also close to the transportation.
Well, our door did not open. We were locked in the handle wouldn’t turn. An employee even had to get involved once finally out they said they’ll have someone check in the morning. We had to sleep one night with the door semi-open, so that we wouldn’t get locked in the room again. There was no solution offered and no discount offered for the inconvenience. They don’t hold your luggage. The room is really small. The heat doesn’t work . The blankets I saw had blood on them. The Wi-Fi is horrible. You tell the staff the problems and they just have no idea what they’re doing.

Location was great, right in front of Gare du Nord station with easy access from and to Paris CDG airport and Central Paris. Reception team was nice.
Pictures were clearly just for Booking.com. The breakfast was the poorest I ever had in a hotel! Old bread and Butter, that's all! The lady in the breakfast room was extremally rude and had no intention to make you feel welcome at all, choosing the people to whom she was going to serve at least a pain au chocolate and those who didn't deserve one. I gave up of the breakfast after night one.
You have to leave your keys at reception every time you leave the accommodation - which I hated!
The rooms were outdated and had absolutely nothing to do with the pictures.

clean, comfortable, almost opposite Gare du Nord, amiable receptionist, great snack at 'oriental express' just down the road.
I didn't know where Rue Dunkerque is, and maps and signs can be hard to read. For someone coming by train all you need to know is:- 'It is almost opposite the station entrance, just maybe 50m to the left. Look for the flashing sign'. Easy peasy!

The area had nice shops
The smell of urine in the streets, room was very small, shower wasn't great

They doesn’t have a place to keep save our baggage.
and when was time to do our check in they ask for a credit card as a guarantee, It was very uncomfortable and Worrying because these conditions are not in their booking description.

the location is perfect. you are within 15 minutes at the Louvre and the metro is like in front of the door. you are super fast everywhere
the rooms are super small and very noisy. you can hear the street very loud (we were on the 7th floor and it was still extremely loud) police sirens all night, the window was not perfectly closed so there was always coming cold air through and what annoyed me the most is, that in the rooms is a paper with informations about the hotel. on this paper is written that you could leave your luggage in the hotel after check out. we wanted to do this but the lady at the reception told us it’s impossible and we have to go to the mainstation to put the luggage there, which cost 10€. wouldn’t be a problem if you wouldn’t write it on that paper and let people think it’s possible!

right by train station coming off of Eurostar from London, had a lift to get suitcase up to my floor also! friendly, helpful staff.

They room was very small as it was booked for couple although I traveled allowed I expected double bed instead of that it was to singles bed covered had a holes in it and shower had dirt stain inside I was very disguised by that I asked for iron and every day they was saying they don't have it as I asked diferent rexeptionished on last night he was loughting saying that of course we have it .

the price
the bathroom ceiling was in a real bad state, the toilet didn’t flush properly, the lights in the toilet was flickering!

Good welcome. Very close to Gare du Nord.
Breakfast rather sparse, but adequate.

Location was good - very near Gare du Nord
Room and bathroom were very small and the breakfast roomo was far too small for the number of guests. Expensive for what we got
2.6
2 min walk from Gare du Nord. Extremely convenient. Plenty of eating around.
Shower head did not work properly and no shower curtain so water went everywhere in the bathroom. And I mean everywhere. Twin beds just OK comfort wise. But you get what you pay for.
