Exceptional. Fantastic hotel.

We only stayed two nights but it was wonderful. All the staff were attentive to our needs but still friendly and approachable. Everywhere was beautifully clean and so comfortable. The food was exceptional.

Can’t think of anything we disliked.

Location stunning, staff really friendly and helpful, hotel beautiful, food superb 👌

The choice of breakfast was perfect. From a full English to pastries. The food and presentation was excellent.

This sounds picky however, this was an unexpected last min booking whilst travelling and we hadn't packed toothpaste. In the room they provided mini toiletries which were great....but no toothpaste. Its definitely not a game changer as its my fault we hadn't packed so went out to buy some but it would have been helpful if they'd have provided a mini toothpaste too.

Nice hotel, recommend if looking for a very quiet, country setting local.

The staff was excellent from the time we arrived until check out, everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist. Both dinner and breakfast was excellent, enjoyed talking with the staff. Room was very nice, the location had an ideal view. Nice grounds for a stroll prior to dinner. Very quiet setting.

Hotel is in beautiful grounds and has great walks around. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The hot tub was closed in the morning. The steam room wasn’t very steamy.

Very good

Beautiful peaceful surroundings, friendly welcoming staff. Nice big room with a great view, we were in the Chestnut room. Lovely Spa and gym facilities. Excellent breakfast.

Not alot really, if I had to say something negative I would have liked a King bed.

An absolute gem in Hoi An

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and attentive and really made that extra effort with all guests. We ended up changing room from a twin to a double which they were great with - sorted within minutes of us asking. On arrival, we were picked up from the airport and brought to the hotel. Then give recommendations for restaurants, shopping and tailors. The dining area and bar area was lovely as it opened up to the fantastic pool. Happy hour was at 4 and they make great cocktails. The room had a lovely balcony and was very clean and spacious. AC worked perfectly in our room and there was a big bath in the room along with a separate shower. The Cleaning staff were great and blitzed the room each day. Breakfast was very good. The location was good- it’s about a 15/20 minute walk into old town but they also lend you bikes if you like. We just walked. We enjoyed the walk there and back though pre and post meals. Although definitely more than 10 mins.

Nothing to flag here. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying here when we’re in Hoi An again.

In room cleaning, they folded the towels giving you the impression they replaced them while they didn’t, even when the towels were obviously not cleaned The bed sheet was a bit torn

Most enjoyable and satisfactory. Would have loved to stay longer.

Location, view, room and breakfast - particularly the table service at breakfast.

We were locked out of our room one day and our electronic key cards had to be reprogrammed. But this was quickly dealt with.

A pleasant hotel that requires some maintenance to bring it back to todays higher standards.

The hotel was well located, though down a tricky narrow country lane/drive. Breakfast was very nice as was the room.

The accommodation we were allocated was located at the top of the building and not fully accessible by the lift. We needed to negotiate two narrow corridors and two more small flights of stairs. Some one less physical would really struggle. The room itself was fine, though had low covered hanging ceiling beams, where anyone above 175-180cm would be hitting their head. The window was small and 160cm off the floor, so. there was no direct view from the room. The bathroom/ensuite was dated and in serious need of an upgrade and or maintenance. it also had no ventilation
