дуже симпатична будівля, в середині надзвичайно мило і охайно, поряд красивезний собор. ліжка зручні, мої вікна виходили у внутрішній дворик, де співали пташки і було тихо і приємно

ми подорожували в квітні, було не досить тепло, шкода, що була зачинена загальна веранда - було приємно б попити там ввечері кави

електроний доступ (надсилають код), не треба реєструватися в звичному сенсі, готель розташований в красивому місці, свм дуже колоритний, багато приємних дизайнерських знахідок, щоб зробити його це пртємнішим. дуже смачні і різноманітні сніданки

La habitación era bastante grande y espaciosa. Tenía mucha luz gracias a los ventanales. Tenía vistas a una especie de jardín. El acceso al hotel y a la habitación era a través de códigos que se me facilitaron horas antes de mi llegada. La decoración del hotel era como muy vintage, bonita y elegante. El desayuno era tipo buffet con lo básico. En cuanto a la ubicación es muy buena, se puede llegar fácilmente a todos los lugares de interés turístico.

Las mantas de la habitación se quedaban cortas para mi novio que era muy alto. No le cubrían los pies.

Could be a really nice place to stay, if cleaned properly.

The garden at the back was nice and great location in Kazimierz.

There were several spiders in our room and the room hadn’t been cleaned properly (for example, the fridge had some unidentifiable sticky stains).

Perfect stay for a weekend

Awful impression in the wonderful Kraków

It's close to a tram/bus stop. A consultant quickly responded to my messages and changed my room after a complaint.

Awful! The furniture is old (for nostalgic type of travellers maybe), a room has no shower gel, soap, shampoo and – the main reason of my low rating – the room is very very dirty. Including bed linen. It seems like the hotel's staff never change it. Lots of spots (looks like blood spots), hair..

Superb

Really nice room overlooking the garden. This place is accessible by security codes, which was so convenient for early check out to the airport, The staff were super responsive and helpful, I was even able to check in a little earlier, which was appreciated when arriving in Krakow early.

Everything was great. Such a good value for money.

The aparthotel is good, but already needs a thorough repair. The location is amazing: there are many restaurants, cafés, and places of interest in the neighborhood.

Wi-Fi connection is very weak. I used my mobile internet almost all the time. In the bathroom the corners are moldy. At night it's loud because of some disco place next to the aparthotel.
